It was restored in 1970 and has been maintained by the owners over the years. Now prepared to accommodate 8 people, it is distributed on three floors. On the ground floor is an entrance hall, lounge with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with oven and microwave. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The second floor consists of a games area and a further double bedroom and a small courtyard. Equipped with a washing machine and WiFi (July and August months). This charming house is located in a privileged area, just a few kilometers from a large number of cultural and sports activities, and surrounded by a unique natural environment (wild beaches and natural park Aiguamolls, St. Pere de Rodes, Cap de Creus, Cadaqués, Figueres, Pyrenees, etc.).
