From this level, you have direct access to the patio and the swimming pool, both benefiting from a south-facing and west-facing orientation. Also on this floor, 5 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, each equipped with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. A dedicated children's room features 1 set of bunk beds, also measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The large, open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and De'Longhi capsules for the coffee machine. 3 shower and WC bathrooms serve the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts a living and sleeping room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. An additional bedroom on this floor features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. A shower and WC bathroom completes the upper level.
