Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are simply but nicely furnished, in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

Distances: Castelnuovo Berardenga with all kinds of shops 10,5 km away, Siena 28 km, Radda in Chianti 40 km, Florence 77 km. Horse-back riding facilities 6 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large well-kept furnished garden, swimming-pool (5,5 x 13,5 m – maximum depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 to 03/10), solarium (30 square meters) set in panoramic location. Deze mensen laten je echt tot rust komen in een omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht. Het huis is authentiek met dikke muren maar dat heeft zijn charme. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] These people really let you relax in an environment with a great view. The house is authentic with thick walls but that has its charm.

Es ist einfach traumhaft , es ist ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Pferden. Schweinen ,Hunden , Hasen und einer katze . Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt ) Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-) Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt . Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind . Mit der Beratung und der Durchführung von easy Reserve sind wir mehr als zu frieden weiter so

Das Haus und die Anlage entsprechen genau den Angaben im Internet. Es ist sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Vom Pool aus hat man einen guten Ausblick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal, alles Nötige (bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine) ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Einmal wöchentlich veranstalten sie für ihre Gäste einen toskanischen Abend. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

L'accesso e le istruzioni sono veramente facile arrivare alla proprietà. L'unico lato negativo di immobili Orietta II e il bagno. Non ha box per la doccia e ottiene descomodo.

A wonderful romantic farmhouse in Tuscany! Very private and quiet. It has an excellent location as base for visiting surrounding towns. Can not really complain about anything except that maybe gps coordinates would be nice for future guests. A bit tricky to find the place! Can not really complain about anything except that maybe gps coordinates would be nice for future guests. A bit tricky to find the place! But I highly recommend this beautiful house, the views from here will be a memory forever!
