Dimora Ronchi 6 beds with pool
In a recent residence with swimming pool, we offer an apartment located on the first floor (without elevator) on two levels and with 6 beds, large living terrace and closed garage available.
The residence is located in a strategic position just a few minutes by road from the center of Peschiera and Lazise and 700 meters from the Ronchi beach. It is also a stone's throw from the largest amusement park of the "Gardaland" lake, the "Sealife" aquarium, "Canevaworld", the "Movieland" theme park, the Acquapark and also to the zoo Natura Viva park in Pastrengo.
It is ideal for family holidays or for a group of friends.
The apartment is newly furnished with entrance leads us directly into a large living room with sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking, table with 8 chairs and flat screen TV. Large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The master bedroom, furnished in a modern style, has a large wardrobe and bedside tables, the bathroom with window and a washing machine in the dressing room. Upstairs relaxation area, double bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower.
The outdoor swimming pool is available to guests.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer.

Viel Platz für alle
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, wir waren zu fünft dort und alle hatten ausreichend Platz.
Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Achtung, fernsehen gibts nur auf italienisch, wer also abends gerne noch was gucken will (falls es doch mal regnen sollte) nimmt sich am besten den Laptop mit HDMI Kabel mit.
WLAN ist vorhanden und lief stabil.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, was gerade nach dem Ausflug zum Pool oder Strand die Wartezeit auf eine freie Dusche erheblich verkürzt.
Anhand der Bilder könnte man meinen der Balkon geht zur Poolseite, dies ist nicht der Fall. Der Balkon zeigt zur Straße/Freizeitpark. Hat den Nachteil das man die Kinder beim planschen nicht ganz so gut im Blick hat, Vorteil, die Sonne ist ab Mittag weg, was gerade bei 30 Grad plus sehr angenehm ist.
Zusätzlich hat man mit dem PKW immer einen kühlen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (hier passt auch der große Kombi mit Dachbox ohne Probleme rein).
Der Pool ist wirklich sehr schön, man teilt ihn sich mit den Bewohnern des Hauses, die bei unserem Aufenthalt aber meist immer nur recht kurz eine Runde schwimmen waren.

Geräumige Wohnung neben Gardaland
Diese sehr geräumige Wohnung liegt neben dem Garland. Bis zu dem öffentlichen Strand läuft man ca 10 Minuten. Der Weg lohnt sich dahin.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Abends kann man gemütlich auf dem Balkon sitzen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, leider keine Liegen vorhanden.
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
