Lovely old mountain house with great pizza oven and stone built BBQ. The gardens are great and the pool was amazing. THAT VIEW!! you feel like you are swimming in the mountains. We even saw fire flies at night.

Wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in het huis met idyllisch uitzicht! Het huisje was zeer proper, de check-in verliep vlot! Onze hond heeft zeer erg van de tuin kunnen genieten! Jammer genoeg was het weer wat wisselvallig (we weten dat we dit kunnen verwachten in de bergen) waardoor we het zwembad slechts 2 van de 6 dagen hebben kunnen gebruiken aangezien dit niet verwarmd is. In de omschrijving staat dat het huisje privé is maar dat is niet helemaal zo. Vlak naast het huis ligt er een groter vakantiehuis voor 6/7 personen. De tuinen grenzen aan elkaar. Vanaf het zwembad heb je een inkijk naar de andere tuin dus houd er rekening mee dat je niet helemaal alleen bent. Indien je rustige 'buren' hebt is dit helemaal ok maar ik kan me voorstellen dat, indien er een grote groep jongeren of mensen met kinderen het huis ernaast huren dat de rust wel heel wat minder is. Volgens de omschrijving verwachten huurders dit uiteraard niet... Een minpuntje voor mensen met een hond: er is een klein stukje van de omheining naast het zwembad dat niet dicht is. De hond kan er dus gemakkelijk door ontsnappen naar de tuin van de buren. We hebben helaas meermaals onze hond moeten halen hierdoor. Misschien een tip voor de verhuurder om dit verder te omheinen.

WOW!! What a beautiful corner of the world!

We absolutely loved our stay. This grey stone cottage high in the mountains was exactly what we were hoping for and much more. The views of the mountains were simply breathtaking. Coffee at the infinity pool in the morning was an awesome way to start the day. Drinking a bottle of Italian wine in the late afternoon was even nicer. The cottage had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. In fact, we ate dinner at home many nights. We also dined in great restaurants all over the region. We we made a warm fire every night. We went on day trips to Florence and two wineries. We visited nearby villages and more. Our hosts were perfect. They made sure we were happy and everything was the way we wanted. All in all, you can’t go wrong with this wonderful home away from home in a special and beautiful corner of the world. We will never forget our stay.

Relax in Paradise

My wife & I stayed at Pian Di Luca for 4 nights but wish it could have been longer. We were on a longer trip so needed somewhere quiet & comfortable to relax & rejuvenate. Pian Di Luca was perfect for our needs. what we wanted. The cottage was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. The outdoor space and in particular the pool with a view was spectacular. We would definitely return next time we are in the area.

Wonderful property in gorgeous surroundings. Very tranquil and peaceful, with spectacular views.

Really lovely property, very beautiful. We loved the infinity pool. Only downside was the weather - no-one's fault! We had sun for the first few days, but as it is mountainous, the rest of the week was cold and rainy (colder than at home - UK!), so unfortunately we couldn't use the pool much. We should have taken waterproofs! That said, the villa was very well equipped and we found a fantastic restaurant up the road - La Baglia. 6 bottles of gorgeous wine on arrival and delicious home grown tomatoes. The owner was extremely responsive when we couldn't get the gas working and it was dealt with very efficiently. We loved it - thank you. :-)

Fabulous holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here at this lovely cottage. Fabulous location with breathtaking views. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We used the pizza oven and barbecue many times. The owner and his lovely daughter came to greet us on arrival with gifts of wine from his vineyard and vegetables from her garden (best tomatoes we've ever tasted anywhere). Would recommend.

Wir waren bereits oft in Objekten in der Toscana. Noch nie hatten wir ein so tollen Pool mit einem solchen phantastischen Blick. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und die Eigentümerfamilie hilft sofort. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt! Einzig die Duschkabine könnte etwas größer sein. Wir haben uns hier extrem wohlgefühlt und deshalb kann ich das Objekt absolut empfehlen.

Schönes, ruhiges, kleines Steinhaus mit eigenem Infinitypool und großen umzäunten Grundstück.

Wir haben dort unsere Flitterwochen verbracht und haben die Stille und das Panorama sehr genossen. Der Pool mit dem grandiosen Ausblick ist einfach kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und man bekommt das ein oder andere Präsent. Interessenten sollten sich aber darüber im Klaren sein, dass weder eine Spülmaschine noch ein Staubsauger vorhanden ist. Dafür entschädigt aber bei kühlen Wetter der Kamin außerordentlich. Brennholz für den Kamin und dem Pizzaofen, wird auf Wunsch gratis geliefert. Für jemand, der entschleunigt werden will, ist dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

Total Privat?

Der Pool ist wirklich Traumhaft. Leider trifft total privat und ruhig nicht zu. Nebenan gab es ein grösseres haus mit etwa 7 personen und ein baby. Auf der anderen Seite hat einer mit einer motorsäge gearbeitet. Leider gab es auch kein holz für den pizza ofen oder für den grill.

Wir haben kaum Fotos gemacht. Die Bilder der Objektbeschreibung könnten mit der Wirklichkeit nicht mithalten. Es war einfach toll. In zwei Jahren haben wir schon wieder gebucht.
