Beautiful villa with garden and garage

The house is located in an absolutely quiet location in the village of Siusi and is a direct starting point for many walks. The beautiful house offers a large bright living room and garden, a modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Day toilet. Heating room for hiking or ski boots. Private garden with sun beds and covered terrace with seating and dining area. WIFI, washing/drying machine, ironing board and iron.
On the first floor is for your car a double locked garage and outside a carport, storage room.
On the 1st floor a spacious double bedroom with balcony and TV-SAT, a 2nd double bedroom, the 3rd room has a single bed with balcony. The living room and the garden allow a unique panoramic view of the Sciliar area. The kitchen with the cozy dining bar invites you to cook and linger. The spacious very bright living room with fireplace offers enough space to relax or watch TV. The whole house has solid wooden floors made of oak.

Siusi offers one of the most modern cable cars in Europe that takes you to the high plateau of the Alpe di Siusi, a famous skiing, cross-country skiing and hiking area.
Our golf course in S. Vigilio/Seis am Schlern, one of the 10 most popular golf courses in Europe, offers peace, idyll and alpine pleasure for your golf vacation.
The center of Siusi and also the bus station can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Buses will take you to the villages of Fiè and Castelrotto or of course to a shopping trip to the provincial capital Bolzano or a visit to the Gardena Valley.
Siusi allo Sciliar itself is a very pretty little village with several excellent restaurants and bars, a supermarket and several smaller stores to shop for yourself.

Super Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben eine Woche im Oktober in Sei’s und auf der Seiser Alm genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist modern, sauber und geräumig mit großzügigen Sitzbereich im Freien. Wir werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Eine Woche erholsamer Urlaub
Wie im Vorjahr haben wir unseren Skiurlaub bei Didy in der Villa Luna verbracht. Es war wie nach Hause kommen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und man findet alles was man braucht. Durch die ruhige Lage kann man sich gut erholen und auch im Winter bei Sonnenschein die Terrasse nach einem Skitag genießen. Lieben Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Eckhaus an einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Komplett neu renoviert, wie man an den Bildern sieht. Sehr gute Lage zum Ortszentrum - fußläufig. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Stereoanlage etc. Esstisch etwas klein.

Tolle Unterkunft
Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man sich vorstellt. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, die leider zu schnell verging. Herzlichen Dank für die nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Ihnen, Didy. Das Haus liegt direkt an Wanderwegen, aber auch ins Dorf ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen bei Ihnen.

Splendido soggiorno
La casa è veramente molto bella: zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma ad un passo dal paese e dalla funivia. È ampia , comoda luminosa con un bellissimo spazio esterno ed una vista stupenda sullo Sciliar . La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile , pur essendo molto discreta. Ci torneremo sicuramente, magari d’inverno.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN wurde rasch behoben. Die Aussicht auf den Schlern von der Terasse beim Frühstück ist sensationell. Wir würden 6 Sterne vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre.

Edles Ferienhaus auf schmalem Grundstück in guter Lage
Edel restauriertes Ferienhaus mit einiger sehr moderner Technik. Schön möbliert (bis auf einen hässlichen Esstisch, mit dicker Decke behängt). Zum Willkommen einige Lebensmittel - sehr nett! Kühlschrank war trotz großer Hitze leider nicht angestellt, das Haus offenbar eher selten vermietet. Garten und Terrasse sehr gepflegt. Allerdings steht das Haus auf einem recht schmalen Grundstück, sodass man gegen einen Zaun schaut, dahinter aber die Felsspitzen, die dem Schlern vorgelagert sind. Die überdachte Terrasse mit gepolsterter Sitzecke war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Zur Umlaufbahn Richtung Seiser Alm 15 Minuten Fußweg, sehr praktisch! Den Preis fanden wir doch etwas überzogen.
