CASA LA PALMA SELINUNTE
is located on the first floor of a two-story villa in the historic centre of the seaside town.
Outside on the first floor, there is a veranda of approximately 45 square metres, featuring an outdoor seating area with wooden chairs and matching cushions. A 45-inch plasma TV is mounted on the wall. A ceiling fan with a light, controlled by remote, is installed on the veranda ceiling. Also outside the house is a water fountain where, upon returning from the beach, you can rinse off to avoid bringing sand into the apartment. There is a barbecue area and a table with chairs for outdoor lunches or dinners, under a refreshing canopy. The washing machine is located in the utility room inside the apartment, along with a sink and a chest freezer.
Inside, you’ll find a living area with a spacious kitchenette, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator.
Inside, there is an open-concept living area with a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, a large refrigerator, a table with chairs, a large TV, and a 17 cm double sofa bed that sleeps two people, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
Down the hallway is the sleeping area, which includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. All bedrooms have plasma TVs mounted on the walls and are air-conditioned.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners.

Guests must provide their arrival and departure times in advance.
The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per night for stays of up to seven days. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
Accommodation for up to 6 people and one small pet is available for an additional fee of 100 euros for seven days. An extra person may be accommodated for an additional cost to be calculated based on the time of year.
For stays of 2 weeks, there is a 5% discount on the weekly rate; for 3 weeks, the discount is 10%; for 4 weeks, the discount is 15%.
The cost includes: water, electricity, gas, and linens.
Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request for €10 per hour.
An inventory of all items and furniture in the property is provided; in the event of theft or damage, an amount equal to the cost of replacement or repair will be charged to your account or card.
At the time of booking, payment is required via bank transfer to be made directly to the owner’s Post Pay Evolution account.

The “LA PALMA” Vacation Home offers the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful and comfortable vacation near the beaches and enchanting landscapes of Selinunte, located 200 metres from the small marina and the free, private beach, as well as close to the other beaches in the Selinunte area—all of which are within a kilometer’s walk. For those who love nature and want to enjoy a completely relaxing vacation, far from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by clear, pristine waters, this is the perfect place.
Adjacent to the property is a convenient free parking lot, while the public parking lot—also free—is located about 200 metres away, directly in front of the main entrance to the archaeological park. Guests can visit the park by purchasing an admission ticket for approximately 6.00 euros, available directly at the archaeological park’s ticket office upon arrival.
Just a few metres from the beachfront residence is a bar-tobacco shop-pizzeria offering excellent quick meals, while for typical local dishes, you’ll need to head to the nearby seafood restaurants just 500 metres away—still within the town of Selinunte—which feature historic restaurants with ocean views.Within 500 metres of the house, you’ll find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a bakery, a post office, and an ATM.

From Palermo’s Falcone Borsellino Airport, the vacation home is 70 km away, about an hour’s drive. From Trapani Birgi’s Vincenzo Florio Airport, the vacation home is 46 km away. From the port of Palermo, Selinunte can be reached in about an hour by bus or car.
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus operated by private or
