Nice apartment newly renovated with private courtyard (internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace.). The house is in the historic center, isolated in a very picturesque alley. The house is cozy, the interior courtyard and terrace offer the opportunity to be outdoors in an isolated environment. The neighborhood is very discreet. The house is surprisingly quiet and stay here is very restful.

Holiday home Old Town Castiglione Fiorentino in picturesque alley.

This apartment was a perfect location for our stay as it was located a 5 minute walk from our friends home. It is truly an Italian apartment located on a hill you have to walk up. The apartment has all the amenities you will need for a long stay. We stayed 12 nights and it was great. Now, do not expect all the luxuries of an American hotel or apartment. It is Italian and sparse. And the walking could be a challenge for some. But, we loved it and would reccomend.
