Semi-detached house, called 'The Cottage', surrounded by greenery, with private garden equipped with hammock, beach loungers, outdoor table, barbecue.

There is a veranda with table and benches, a first room with sofa and TV, small room with a table and fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small study and master bedroom.
The sofa in the first room is a comfortable bed and can accommodate a third person.

The windows all are mosquito nets.
The house is cool, but the room is equipped with a fan.
There are two bicycles with gear for guests of the Cottage, and will allow you to go for wonderful trip and reach Castiglione della Pescaia.

The car can be parked in the driveway.
