Nice and quite apartment 75sqm, delightful outside terrace with splendid view on Orbetello lagoon and Giglio island. Car parking with sun shield. Two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with 2 single beds, shower / WC, kitchen and large living-room, Digital LCD TV. Located on the side of the hill overlooking the castle, it is possible to drive to Castiglione della Pescaia beach resorts in 2 minutes, or drive to lovely Rocchette or Punta Ala beaches in 15-20 minutes. Great place to Establish your base to visit Tuscany. Pisa, Florence, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, San Gimigniano, Lucca or Rome are less than 2 hours away from Castiglione. It is possible to walk down to the old town in 5 minutes, to the town center in 10 minutes or to the beach in 15 minutes (althought uphill coming back in the summer heat may take longer and Requires good physical shape).

Dissapointing flat..with very impressive panoramic view.
Apart from the main bedroom and the bathroom (newly renovated) this flat gave the Impression that it was furnished 30 years ago. Very uncomfortable sofas with ill Fitting Sofa covers. The kitchen was the main Problem area.Crockery from the remains of at least 5 original sets. Cutlery of the cheapest quality and cupboards filled with innumerable pots and pans of all sizes. The kitchen neither had a Toaster, a coffee machine nor a gas kettle. As a condequence we had to boil water for tea/coffee in a saucpen (short handled) ..a haserdous business. This factor was frankly dangerous and there was always the danger of being scolded with boiling water. To avoid potential accidents....a kettle is essential !!!! The couple next door from Düsselldorf were obliged to stay for one night (booking Problem) In our flat and sympathised with us. They had exactly the same flat (for much the same Price) with totally different value for money. The flat was clean and the beds were comfortable.

La casa è molto grande e comoda, ma soprattutto la terrazza ha una vista stupenda che permette di godersi i momenti in casa e passare piacevoli serate, consigliata!

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf das Meer und auf Castiglione della Pescaia Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Alles wie in dem Inserat beschrieben.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel avec tout des commodités , internet, chauffage, parking réservé. La vue de la terrasse est époustouflante , nous pouvons rejoindre les principales villes de Toscane en une ou deux heures de route. Nous y sommes allés fin avril et nous avions un plage immense pour nous promener.

Die Lage ist genial. Den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Sehr schöne Wohnung. Jedoch wenn man 2 Zimmer benutzen muss, ist das einte sehr, sehr dunkel. Uns haben die Weingläser gefehlt. Insgesamt hat uns aber die Wohnung gefallen.
