Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment located on the upper floor of a beautifully converted old Piemontese farmhouse. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room created from the old hayloft, leading out onto large terrace with dining and lounging seating areas. Far-reaching views over the vinyards, gardens and pool area. Bedroom airconditioning. Accessible from both the rear parking area and the south facing garden and pool area. Impressively equipped kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 freezers. Double oven and microwave. Various options for making coffee. Large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Charcoal BBQ on terrace. Electric sunblinds. Outdoor lighting. Large fenced pool 12x6m with summer isothermic cover to maintain water temperature (open early may to end of September). Secure enclosed large well-maintained garden. Rural location but easy access to shops and local towns and villages, closest restaurant is 500m. Parking and gate entrance security covered by Ringcam. The farmhouse has been divided into 3 apartments, of which Alba is the largest on the upper floor. All apartments share the ample parking, and the large garden and pool.

If you're looking for a perfect place, then you just found it. The appartment is very well utillized, the surrounding is wonderfull en Eleanor is a very nice host. We'll defenitly come here again!!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Cascina del Noce! The apartment was splendid and well equipped, and had a wonderful terrace to enjoy the garden and vineyard views! The pool was great to cool off in after a day of touring the countryside. Eleanor and Glyn were superb hosts!! We can’t wait to visit again.

We love this place!

It was our second time staying at Cascina del Noce and we loved it just as much as the first time. The views are amazing, pool is wonderful and apartments are well stocked with everything that you'd need for your stay. Highly recommend it if you're looking to be in the middle of the vineyards!

Perfect place in beautiful location

Beautiful, spacious flat surrounded by hills and vineyards. Great outside space, very nice pool. Easy communication with the owner, self-check in and so much space. There is everything you can think of in the flat. The bedrooms are spacious. We loved our stay.

A five star experience

Wonderful location, with a beautiful patio overlooking the hills and valleys of endless vines and small hilltop towns. A spacious, modern open concept kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we have stayed in. There is a good, friendly winery a 500 metre walk in one direction and a good, friendly restaurant a 500 metre walk in the other direction, together with many quality wineries and restaurants a short drive away.

Everything you need with amazing views

Fabulous apartment with so much space and everything you might need incl. much needed aircon in the bedrooms. The pool is also sooo good and clean. Eleanor provides so much useful info on the apartment and the local area and is regularly in touch if you need it. The area is full of vineyards and with Icardi winery just a few doors away worth a visit. Alba is 20-25mins drive & a beautiful town to visit as well as the many gorg hilltop towns in the area. We also took a day trip to the beach at Celle Ligure only 1.5hr away. We will def be back to Piedmont in the future.

We stayed in the Alba apartment, and this really is a beautiful property. It is very spacious and modern, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is better equipped than my home! The views are stunning, and there are lots of interesting places to visit. It was very quiet and peaceful and you really felt you'd escaped all the normal tourist traps.We did visit in what I think was quite an unusually hot week, where temperatures were fairly consistently around 38 degrees and the main living area did get quite hot. I understand the Asti apartment below is cooler in the summer, so that might be something to consider. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was so appreciated. It's also worth noting that the pool is shared with the other 2 apartments, something I had somehow missed when booking

Wonderful sojourn in Piedmont.

If ever we need to return to Northern Italy there is only one place we would return to - Cascina del Noce. Our stay here was the final stay of a five week visit to Northern Italy and we never imagined before we got here what awaited us. The whole package accommodation, scenery and wonderful hosts Eleanor and Glynn have made our visit an extremely pleasant and memorable one. We explored the area and around every bend we were speechless at the outstanding beauty of this area. One of our favourite days was spent at the panoramic lookout overlooking Castiglione Tinella and surrounds enjoying a picnic and bottle of wine. A must do. Another must do is a visit to the local restaurant Campagne Verde and be spoilt by the lovely Mirella. Ristorante del Belbo de Bardon in San Marzano Oliveto was a place we came across and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Unfortunately we must head home but hope to be back again soon and highly recommend Cascina del Noce.

Cascina del Noce was everything we looked for and more - we had such a wonderful and relaxed stay! The views are priceless and the apartment itself is a home away from home. You will find all you need - from extensive info on the area and restaurants to all amenities to stay in and simply enjoy time at home. Communication with the kind owners was effortless. Die Wohnung Alba war einfach perfekt für eine Familie. Ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Poolbereich ist gut bemessen mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist mehr als topp, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Rundum empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil. Wunderschöne, geräumige und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wunderschön angelegter Garten- und Poolbereich. Weit und breit nur Stille. Atemberaubender 360° Blick - nicht nur von der Terrasse des Apartments. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und nette Menschen im kleinen Örtchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing Apartment with views to die for!

We stayed in The Alba apartment in May 2022, and have already booked to go back. It has been renovated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly want and more. It was such an easy relaxed stay, a real home from home but set in the most incredible countryside with views in every direction. The WIFI is great which was very important to us as we needed to work whilst away. Thank you Eleanor and Glyn for creating such a beautiful home. The only problem is that it has set the bar very high and every where we have stayed since on our trip just doesn't match up!

Exquisite property

Quiet country location in a beautiful valley of vines. The tasteful renovation of a traditional farmhouse building exceeded our expectations. The Alba apartment where we stayed is quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, the baths are modern, the overall cleanliness impeccable. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The friendly owners prepared detailed information about not only the property but the entire region, pointing us to the best restaurants, sources for groceries, and finest tourism opportunities. We have used VRBO many time and in many places, but Cascina del Noce has been the best find by far.

What else to say than what is already said in all the other reviews. Maybe that even if you expect the best based on all these reviews, it is even better! Huge apartment, huge pool, perfect views, close to Alba, Neive, Canelli. Just go!
