The Space:
La Casa Errante 2 by Tiny Away, located by the town of Castilenti’s charming outskirts, is a 43-minute drive from Pescara. The tiny house is near the Fino River sits at the base of Gran Sasso, with views over an organic vegetable garden and a small chicken farm.
A short drive connects you to the sea and a night sky unspoiled by city lights. Explore Europe's largest green vertical farm, learn about sustainable hemp cultivation, and enjoy fresh produce from Sole d’Italia. Along with easy access to notable sites like Torre di Cerrano, Costa dei Trabocchi, Rocca Calascio, Campo Imperatore, and Parco Della Majella.
A comfortable, 221-square-foot tiny house with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (electric heated for hot showers). There are three tiny houses on the property.
