Run in the opposite direction of this property! First red flag, there’s a camera inside the house that the host makes no reference to on the property webpage. I spent 10 days there and I only had a weird version of hot water (scalding hot water would come out of the faucet for a few seconds, then warm water for a few seconds, then cold water for a few seconds, and the cycle repeated itself) on one Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. All other days, I had to boil water in a kettle and mix it with cold water in a plastic tub to take a shower. I also had to pour water from the plastic tub to the toilet tank to flush the toilet on most days because the water pressure is extremely low and it takes hours for the tank to fill between flushes. For two days we had to manually pour water into the tank because it would not get filled with water. There is also a leak in one of the bedrooms. The property is beautiful but don’t waste your time or money because the property is not in a condition to be rented by paying customers and the host is nasty and apathetic. After all of the stress and frustration I endured, he only offered me a one-day refund. I had to file a claim through my bank. Roughly, an hour after leaving the property, he also sent a letter gaslighting me and accusing me of making up the issues at his property because I wanted to get back at him. Stay away from this manipulative character and his property, it is not worth the stress.
