The property very clean, the location to many places are walkable. Check-in instruction are clear. What makes the stay enjoyable are the staff there, Anna and Veronica. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Will pick this property again when visiting Catania. Note, please download a translate app, it makes communicating much easier.

Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.
