Villa delle Palme near the sea with a wonderful pool

The property is located in a very quiet and well ventilated. There are two full kitchens with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven for guests. One of these is outside next to the pool near a bathroom with a shower with hot water, everything is finished by a large table to dine outdoors and not least a comfortable lounge for your moments relaxing by the pool related to beds, chairs and umbrellas and surrounded by large hedges of flowers and plants with much lawn at your disposal. The interior of the house is comfortable, the spaces are large species such as those common room and the loft great to relax. Rooms are related to bathroom. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable porch with a table and chairs to dine. Guests who have come so far have raved about the place and the house but most of the convenience it offers ... then tell you that you look ... oh I forgot we are about seven kilometers away from the fabulous white beaches, about fifteen by Castiglioncello and the wonderful area Quercetano where there is a wonderful coast. Possibility of boat trips along the beautiful Etruscan coast.

An excellent home for a family party
On the whole we found this an excellent home for a family group of seven covering three generations A lovely large house with an excellent large swimming pool . The pool is set away down a few steps from the main house . There is a nice kitchen , covered eating area , plus shower and lavatory next to the pool . Minor criticisms of this area were we could not make the microwave work , there was no electric kettle and it was sometimes inconvenient carrying thing to and fro between this area and the main house . However overall we thought this poolside area was very nice and used it a lot . The house itself is large and comfortable . The owners were most helpful . However we found it difficult to find the house on the first day . The instructions were not very clear and the only contact phone number we had was with the non English speaking owner. Unfortunately I do not speak Italian . Never the less these are minor criticisms in relation to such a nice house and pool. We have rented several properties over recent years albeit in France not Italy , but this was definitely the best . Tim Williams

Amazing property, very spacious, poolside kitchen a wonderful idea! The photos do not do it justice.
There is so much to do and see in the region, but my family tended to prefer to stay at the villa as it seemed such a shame to waste it. A combination of poolside in the morning and exploring in the afternoon was easily achieved. The only nearby neighbour is behind the villa, which gives you the impression that you are alone in the countyside. The BBQ area with pizza oven and fully equipped kitchen was a dream for catering to a large group. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. We can highly recommend the property and friendly owners. The only uncomfortable thing was the cash deposit which is returned on the last day, leaving us walking around with a lot of Euros in my wallet. I am sure technology will find a way around that shortly.

Villa vom Feinsten
Es war eine wunderbare Woche, wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. So eine wunderbare Außenanlage mit Außenküche , Grillmöglichkeit und vieles mehr, für uns war dies die perfekte Woche. Danke auch an die sehr netten Vermieter, die stets schnell und unkompliziert zur Stelle waren wenn wir etwas wissen wollten.

Traumhafte Villa
Wer das großzügige sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein riesiger Pool in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Aussenküche, Grill, Dusche, Toiletten etc. Es wurde an alles gedacht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Raum, so dass wir uns zu sechst perfekt verteilen konnten. Großartig war es auch für unsere beiden Hunde die uns nach Italien begleiten durften. Die Vermieter war sehr unauffällig, sehr freundlich und hat bei Bedarf schnell reagiert. Wir haben dieses Anwesen und unseren Toscana Urlaub sehr genossen und können es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Cecina ist ein unscheinbares Örtchen aber Cecina mare ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Hier gibt es an der langen Promenade jede Menge Restaurants, Bistros, Eisgeschäfte etc. Auch kann man hier SUP, Scooter oder auch Boote ausleihen. In kurzer Entfernung vom Haus gibt es einen großen modernen Supermarkt (Conad) und diverse Fachgeschäfte sowie eine Tankstelle. Um die Toscana etwas kennenzulernen, muss man natürlich schon Zeit im Auto einplanen. In den 14 Tagen haben sind wir ca. 1000 km durch die Toscana gefahren. Ausflüge nach Pisa , Siena, Firence etc. sind natürlich Pflicht.

Proprietà molto ben curata, accogliente, inserita in un meraviglioso giardino-parco, con bellissima grande piscina fra fiori, pini marittimi e palme. Struttura confortevole idonea e ben equipaggiata per accogliere molte persone .Tutte le stanze dispongono di un bagno separato. Più spazi a disposizione per cucinare, per mangiare e stare insieme. La proprietà corrisponde a quanto mostrato e descritto sui siti web. Spiagge, ristoranti, Supermarket nelle vicinanze. Signora Roberta (host) gentilissima e disponibile per ogni bisogna. . La nostra famiglia composta da 9 persone (da 1 anno a 66 anni di età) si è trovata molto bene e tutti hanno trascorso una bella settimana di vacanza in pieno relax, malgrado il galletto di campagna che canta ogni mattina, (ma alla fine ci ha fatto compagnia pure lui ). Consigliamo vivamente :-)))

Extrem entspannter Urlaub mit Hund...
Fantastisches Haus und Pool, lässt keine Wünsche offen, ideal für eine grosse Gruppe, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind extrem nett, gastfreundlich und tierlieb. Leider ist die Gegend direkt um Cecina nicht so schön, auch die Strände nicht, was jedoch die Unterkunft wieder aufgewogen hat. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Splendida villa con piscina
La villa è in perfetto stato di manutenzione, pulitissima e molto ben fornita. Zona giorno e notte sono ben separate quindi anche se si è in tanti, c'è privacy. Aria condizionata in ogni camera. Ottimi elettrodomestici. Piscina spettacolare inserita in un giardino molto godibile e vasto, ben curato. Da segnalare che i proprietari abitano ai margini della proprietà e hanno 3 pastori tedeschi nella loro area recintata.

Ferien die nicht Enden sollten
Es war Hervorragend wir haben das Haus und die ganze Anlage sehr genossen und wären am liebsten geblieben. Roberta hat uns stets sehr schnell geholfen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind uns sicher das wir wiederkommen.
