Mansarda spiovente di circa 80 metri calpestabili

Tutto sommato ottimo, basta non essere alti più di 1,75 m. No aria condizionata. Raggiungibile dopo due rampe di scale, non idonea a persone disabili. Bella vista mare dalla terrazza. Gentilissima e professionale la signora che cura la consegna delle chiavi

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichen Meerblick

Sehr saubere Wohnung, alle Utensilien vorhanden. 3 Terrassen, davon eine mit Meerblick. 2 Bäder. Abenteuerlich bei Menschen über 175 cm (Duschen etwas schwierig, auch Türrahmen teilweise niedriger). Geschäfte/Restaurants in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung.

Eine fantastische Woche in einer gemütlichen und modernen Unterkunft

Im neuen Teil von Cefalù gelegen schläft man weit ab vom Verkehr in einer ruhigen Gegend. Einzig Hundegebell oder die Zu- und wegfährt der Anwohner hört man gelegentlich. Von der Terrasse geniesst man einen weiten Blick auf das tyrrhenische azurblaue Meer. Mit dem Auto sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in vernünftigen Zeiten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, aber für Personen über 1.80m ein kleiner Challenge.
