The 60sqm apartment is located in a two-family villa, renovated in 2013. It includes a kitchen / living room with sofa bed (1/2 places), a hallway from where you access the bathroom with shower, the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds, both air-conditioned and the laundry / closet. The apartment has a pergola where you can 'eat outside' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium or to have breakfast or a snack. The house is located in a privileged logistic position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; moreover, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, merges with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea which offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit schöner Aussicht. Wenige Autominuten von Cefalu.

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe die mit einer kurvenreichen Strasse zu erreichen ist. Eine Einfahrt mit elektrischen Tor und ein gepflegter Garten. Das Auto kann vor dem Haus parkiert werden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat eine Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf das mehr. Grundsätzlich ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, auch wenn zum Beispiel die Holzkohle für den Grill fehlte. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in Cefalu oder an einem sehr schönen Strand mit Parkplatz.

La casa è pulitissima e molto curata in ogni dettaglio. Il contesto è molto tranquillo e arieggiato con una splendida vista sul mare. Utili la veranda e il solarium; giardino curatissimo. Accoglienza e assistenza dei proprietari attenta e scrupolosa e molto accogliente. Assolutamente da raccomandare!

Ruhig und sauber Häuschen nicht weit vom Cefalù

Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Weg vom schönen aber chaotischen Cefalù, das Haus bietet einen ruhigen und sauber Unterkunft. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder!

Wonderfully peaceful, relaxing stay

Excellent facilities with wonderful views down onto the Mediterranean and across the mountains. We drove from Palermo, which was surprisingly easy even in the dark. Cefalu itself is an easy drive for shopping, restaurants and a delightful beach. There are also many more quiet beaches in easy reach if you want something less crowded. Can particularly recommend Torre Conca. Daniele is a great host, ready at once if you need anything, and never intrusive when you don't. We had a wonderful time and I would go again in an instant.

Incantevole Sicilia!

Siamo stati ospiti, dal 6 al 13 Agosto 2016, nell'appartamento grande consegnatoci splendidamente pulito, accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort. La sistemazione esterna, perfettamente curata, invita a consumare i pasti godendo della tranquillità del luogo, poco distante dal mare, dalla bellissima spiaggia di S. Ambrogio e a pochi minuti dall'incantevole centro di Cefalù. La descrizione della villetta fatta dai proprietari, sempre disponibili e discreti, rispecchia fedelmente la realtà. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ringraziamo Teresa e Daniele per aver reso indimenticabile la nostra vacanza in Sicilia.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour privilégié dans cette location (grand appartement). Sa situation est idéale, vue sur mer, tranquillité et charme des environs... l'appartement (qui est en réalité une partie d'une maison de plain pied mitoyenne du "petit" appartement, de plain pied également) est très propre, confortable et bien équipé, suffisamment grand pour nous quatre. Nous avons pu visiter l'autre location, attenante, ("petit" appartement) qui s'est révélée à l'image de la notre. Rien à dire. La terrasse et le jardin sont agréables, notre fils de 6 ans a pu y jouer en toute sécurité. C'était délicieux. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux et généreux de la part des propriétaires. Un grand merci à Daniele et sa maman... A bientôt j'espère!

Appartement maison tres propre tranquille

L appartement est dans une maison accolee a une autre de tres belle qualite ,avec jardin ,parking fermee par portail electrique ,terrasse vue sur la mer et la montagne,barbecue .2 belles chambres une cuisine agreable une tres belle salle de bain .On aurait prefere un orange et un jaune plus pastels pour les murs mais sinon c est parfait ,tres bien equipe et Daniele comme sa mere qui vivent a 100 metres ,sont tres gentils ,serviables,chaleureux et tres disponibles .Nous recommandons vivement cette maison neuve a 5 kms de Cefalu !

Une localisation idyllique proche de Cefalu et au calme Un excellent accueil avec une grande disponibilité de Danièle et Theresa La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre Nous espérons pouvoir revenir profiter de la plage de sable de Cefalu et de la qualité d accueil des siciliens ainsi que des magnifiques sites a travers cette ile Magique A great place to stay with a warm welcome of Daniele and Theresa who were very helpful The apartment is perfect with a nice view Close to cefalu and its sand beach but really calm We hope to come back to visit all those nice places !!! SOGGIORNO MOLTO GRADEVOLE

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 16/8/14 per 12 giorni. Appartamento completamente nuovo, molto pulito e con arredamento molto curato. Posizione incantevole nelle immediate vicinanze del centro di Cefalù ma allo stesso tempo defilata dal traffico della città. Clima sempre ventilato. Incantevole terrazza da cui si gode di una magnifica visuale. La sig.ra Teresa e il figlio Daniele sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti. Personalmente raccomando questa sistemazione.

Meravigliosa...

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 02 al 14 agosto in questa meravigliosa casa la distanza dal mare é vedente 2 km ma con un panorama fantastico..la sera si sta benissimo e la casa immersa nel verde é curata in ogni particolare. Condizionatori,zanzariere,lavatrice,tv 32 pl e ogni altro accessorio immaginabile tutto rigorosamente nuovo e funzionale.I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione. Grazie di tutto.
