Finely restored stone farmhouse of 1872.
The property is spread over three floors, where on the ground floor has been obtained an apartment of about 52m2, consisting of kitchen with a sofa bed, double bedroom and sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower.
If necessary we have the possibility to add a box / bed for 4/5 years old children.
The house is accessed via two pedestrian passages.
The car can be left in a public car park which is about 60 / 70mt from the property.
The house is completely fenced and has two internal courtyards where you can spend time outdoors or where to have a barbecue.

Perfect stay and romantic getaway
We loved this property! Just as displayed over the pictures. The property was a tad noisy but other than that we give it five stars. (We could hear the neighbors and our bed was creaky.) Grazie Mille to antoinelle for being such a gracious hostess.

Cyclist paradise with cozy home
I have been a travel editor for major mags for over a decade. It’s nice to get a chance to review a new booking. A great restoration of an old building. Lots of character and comforts. They’ve thought of everything. (Please be kind to their brand new glasses pans and appliances) Your guests will have a room upstairs so privacy is a plus. Stefano was a former pro cyclist and still runs an incredible bike shop in Milan. So truly this is the place for CYCLING Enthusiasts. A treasure trove of good advice and help with various activities. The negatives. There’s no living room area but who doesn’t end up hanging out in a kitchen anyway, and the stone stairs to get up and down the front gate to the apt with heavy luggage. If you are exhausted make sure to let them know when you will need help with the luggage. The only other negative is the puppy dog barks, however they rescued and they really care about animals, so Thats rally not much of a retraction if you love animals. They are amazing people and their dog is sweet and enthusiastic. If you are lucky enough to make your way to Lake Orta, hopefully you find yourself a guest of this couple. You will be very happy.

Sehr schöne Ferienswohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und bestens eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche. Die Terasse und der schöne Garten laden zum Verweilen ein, auch mit Hund. Die Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen, sind sehr liebenswürdig, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Colma di Cesara ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ferienaktivitäten aller Art. Der ideale Ort zum Ausspannen, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Merveilleux !
Une maison superbe à flanc de montagne dans laquelle rien ne manquait, un jardin très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la petite ville de Cesara ! Antonella et Stefano sont vraiment des personnes adorables et très à l'écoute de leurs locataires ! Si nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique région c'est en grande partie grâce à eux , nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions d'Antonella avec une mention spéciale pour son tiramisu !! Si nous retournons dans le Piémont, ce sera chez Antonella et Stefano !

Authentische gemütliche Unterkunft mit herzlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeden Komfort. Die Sitzbereiche im Terrassenbereich bieten einen eindrucksvollen Blick in das Tal und auf den Hauptort Cesara. Die GastgeberInnen Antonella und Stefano sind unübertroffen herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt. Der kleine Supermercato in Cesara ist gut sortiert. Das lebendige Städtchen Omegna und die kleinen Strände vom benachbarten Pella sind mit dem PKW problemlos zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine schöne entspannte Woche
Zur Begrüßung hat Antonella einen leckerern Kuchen gebacken und einen Obstteller bereitgestellt 😊 mit einem so herzlichen Empfang ist unser Urlaub perfekt gestartet Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist für den Hund ausbruchsicher, somit war der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse entspannt. Im Dorf hat es nur 2 Hunde, daher war auch das Gassi gehen für uns entspannt, da unser Hund mit anderen Hunden ab und an Probleme hat Antonella und Stefano sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit Jederzeit da und dennoch zurückhaltend. Da ich an meinem Rennrad einen Defekt hatte, hat Stefano und sein Neffe diesen schnell behoben. (Beide haben ein Radgeschäft) Auch haben wir von Colma aus viele schöne Wanderungen machen können Wir waren rundum zufrieden und konnten den Urlaub dort sehr genießen Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung
Ideal geeignet als Stützpunkt für Wander-, Mountainbike- oder Sightseeingtouren rund um den Ortasee. Die Wohnung in einem alten ursprünglichen Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bergkette westlich des Ortasees. Zum See kann man in 30 Minuten (nach Ronco) wandern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter !

Magnificient stay in Colma
Great location, on the Colma hill. Stefano and Antonella were super hosts. I went to run with Stefano to discover the woods. Antonella was always there to help you, even she served a super lasagna. The location is prefect for biking, hiking, swiming in the lago d'Orta and trail running. Also our dog was very welcome. You have a private garden (fenced) and all comfort. It is very quited and terras is perfectly south located. This stay was realy amazing and we will definitely return! Else and Tom

Au calme, on peut à la fois visiter Orta et le lac majeur, puis finir à Ronco par une petite ballade dans la forêt, pour une baignade et la soirée dans à une table avec les locaux
