The lovely medieval hilltop town of Cetona with bars, restaurants and friendly local shops is just a five minute drive or a pleasant walk away. There are terraces around the house where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside and appreciate the stunning views while barbecuing or dining al fresco. A wonderful property, spacious, clean with multiple outdoor spaces/terraces to enjoy the sunshine whatever time of day. The pool was large and very clean. Good configuration of bedrooms, most ensuite to enable multiple families to be together yet have their own space. A charming Tuscan farmhouse, would recommend to anybody. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, walkable into Cetona. Thank you.

Lovely family stay

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa for a group of 14 inc 6 children. The layout of the villa is brilliant with various rooms that interconnect making it great for families. The accommodation is a beautiful standard with nice bathrooms. The gardens and grounds are lovely, lots of space and a nice sized pool with some shaded areas (or sun shades). Cetona is a lovely village but I would definitely recommend a hire car if staying at the villa as it is quite a long walk and the road is relatively busy and it is a steep walk up to the village. Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the villa (with a car).

Amazing Farm House in Peaceful Setting

This house was incredibly beautiful, clean and well-cared for. Jane, our host, helped us ahead of the trip with care and thoughtfulness, and the trip itself was fantastic, without problems, and peaceful.

Wunderbares Landhaus

Herrliche Lage, fern vom üblichen Toskana Trubel, tolles Haus. Schwieriger Sommer mit Wassernotstand, dennoch war im Gegenteil zu anderen Vermietern genug Wasser da und der traumhafte Pool war in Betrieb. Cetona ist magisch, und durch die Anbindung an die Autobahn (15 Min Fahrzeit) ist man super ideal für Ausflüge in die Toskana und Umbrien gelegen. Traumurlaub in einem Traumdomizil!

Wunderbares, geschmackvolles Anwesen

Super schön zw. Olivenhainen gelegen, trotzdem nahe vom Dorf Cetona. Das Haus ist extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Raum, alles funktioniert bestens, wunderbarer Pool. Moderne schöne Nasszellen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, ausser, dass über dem Esstisch unbedingt eine gute Beleuchtung nötig wäre. Diese Ecke war zu düster, aber sonst alles top. Auch das Kamin hat gut funktioniert und uns während zwei kalten Tagen gemütliche Stunden ermöglicht. Ja nicht zu viel umbauen, das Haus ist sehr stimmungsvoll! Gerne wieder einmal!

Un séjour merveilleux

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en Août à 2 familles avec 10 personnes au total. Tout le monde a été ravi de ce séjour: au-delà de la région absolument superbe, la maison et toutes les installations à dispositions étaient magnifiques et en parfait état. Particulièrement appréciés: les 4 salles de bain, la climatisation dans chaque chambre, le grand séjour très agréable, les plusieurs terrasses, la très grande piscine dans au milieu des cyprès et oliviers, les vélos et jeux mis à disposition, les relations avec la propriétaire depuis le tout premier contact, l'accueil et le support sur place... Une excellente expérience!
