The expansive living terrace and landscaped gardens overlook the 9 x 4 metre infinity edge pool, adjacent to which is the feature garden Sala, containing an outdoor social area, complete with a fully set up bar facility. There is also an additional recreation/relaxation area facing the Wat Prayai ( Big Buddha ) monument, making an ideal evening setting for BBQ and entertainment.

Accommodation comprises of 10 bedrooms, all en-suite with fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over three levels, offering 4 king sized beds 3 Queen size and 2 singles, therefore comfortably accommodate 20 people. More beds could be supplied to the villa upon request and agreement. At additional cost.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath also a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, garden and the Big Budha.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are are split in two levels (3 king size beds & 2 single beds) large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a built in wardrobes, 3 bedrooms (queen size beds) located on the ground floor, also comes with en-suite small bathrooms.

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
The villa also offers Free Fiber optic unlimited internet access and smart TV, cleaning ever around the villa every day, room 2 every 2 nights, change bed every 4 nights, exclude electricity 5 THB per kw, same rate as local people.
We request damage security cash on the check in day and return on the check out day, after the manager inspect the villa and no damage.
