"The hotel itself was very nice and our kids had a lot of fun! They loved the lazy river and all the slides. My only two complaints were that we never got daily housekeeping even though he didn’t opt out of it (which as an option). The second was that even though kids ate free, it didn’t include room service which was never mentioned to us until the food was brought up. Just some things to keep in mind."

"Everything went well at this property. You all were prompted with all questions I had and was very timely answering my questions. Except we had a problem with thw pool lights. None of them worked at all and the adults in my party wanted to hang out in the pool but we couldn't do to no lights at all. I spoke with your customer service and they said they were going to have someone come out and they never did. They my last answer I got was it wouldn't be done until Monday, our vacation ended today. We were a little upset about that. But the kids enjoyed themselves they had a ball. And about the spa my party wanted it and I forgot you property so t offer it but a certain time if year. They were will to pay to have the spa turned on. Now we know ever property is different. Some homes will cut on there spa in the summer months. We will have to consider that the next time because they really wanted the spa to be heated."

"We loved our stay in the Barbie Dreamhouse. Everything was just like the pictures. We were a family of 16 with 5 little girls whom all loved the Barbie room. We also loved the pool as well as the game room. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was wonderful and our host was quick to respond to every message and made sure our stay was enjoyable."

"We had such a lovely holiday. The house was well stocked and the host was so delightful and kind. There was an issue with getting into the neighborhood due to high traffic during check in times and a mix up with the code to get in which delayed check in but the host quickly got a handyman out even in the crazy traffic to fix it. The grandkids had an amazing time! Thank you for making our holiday so special."

"Loved our stay! Had everything we needed. House was nice and clean! So much room for us! The communication was awesome from the hosts. If you have small ones, get to the Oasis Club early to find shade. You can't take anything but plastic water bottles to the Oasis Club or Retreat Club. The house had souvenir cups to help lower the cost of your next drink at the Oasis Club. There are water stations to fill your water bottle or cup for free."
