Please Note: Downtown is continuing to grow, and there is ongoing construction and infrastructure work happening nearby. The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Wonderful place great location. We enjoyed walking around the area. This unit was very comfortable, parking was a plus and porch’s were great to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The host was very responsive not that we needed anything but they checked in several times during our stay.

We had trouble with the TV and had no TV for 2 days. Called and someone came immediately. Would have called day 1 but not sure if we were using remotes properly. We were, cable box broken. My advice is to give more details about the TV. I've never been in a stay that did not have directions (all TV's are different). It can be simple and should be left at each TV. TV in bedroom had not even been set up so our tech did that as well. By the way, shout out to the tech, Philip, who was INCREDIBLE. Also, the one thing guests want is coffee in the AM. Even if they go out, they want their morning coffee. You had PAM, flour, even coffee but you could easily have had powdered creamer and sugar. It's a small thing, but it matters! We could not use the dishwasher, gave up, and washed everything by hand. Again, a simple note in kitchen would be helpful, just as the note about TV instructions and channels. Lastly, an extra blanket in the upstairs bedrooms would have been welcomed. We had a cold snap while in Charleston and doubled the comforter for warmth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The property was very clean and up to date. The location to King Street was perfect. Was not crazy about having to park off property, but, we were able to park on the street to unload/load our luggage. No major issues to speak of. There is currently some construction directly across the street but it was not an issue for us.

Nice house, most comfortable for groups of 5 or fewer. City Market, Battery and Rainbow Row are easily reached by car. We chose to drive since they were about a mile away. Only complaint is the construction going on across the street, unfortunately workers were there during the night and early morning( before 6-7am).

The property was clean and cozy, and the space was as advertised. It had plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The 1 parking spot is not made for large vehicles, ours did not fit. Unloading and loading car was difficult due to no parking near house. There were not enough drinking glasses for 8 people. Also, I specifically chose this house because on the maap it was shown to ne near my daughters house but upon getting the address the house turned out to be a block or more away. Overall the house is a nice place to stay with a few inconvenience s but the propert manager was great.

Great house for a family - perfect location

Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again.
