The hotel was clean and furnishing were nice. The beds though are too high. The commode was the usual height and seem low. The staff was very helpful. My family enjoyed your breakfast -food with nice choices

Overall it was a good experience. I had read about the elevators and although we didn’t experience long wait times they were a bit of a needed upgrade. It was noisy with sirens and someone decided to honk their horn in the parking lot for 30 minutes at 5:30am. Would definitely stay again but again noisy then where we usually stay.

great location and great price. the only gripe would be the cleanliness of the bathtub: it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't spotless. a little soap grime that was unpleasant after a long flight and needing a hot bath to soak in.

Needs updated and worked on. 1 out of three elevators worked. Not a great neighborhood. If there is an event at the Clay Center, patrons of this event use the hotel parking lot, leaving little parking for guests.
