Ok for quick overnighter

Bed and pillows comfortable and room quiet. Shower was spotless! Overall I give it a rating of 3 only because dusting was not done in inconspicuous areas and woke up to sweet ants on nightstand. I did have a cup of coffee with sweetened creamer in their defense but still? Advised main desk and response was quick and polite. Breakfast area clean and friendly staff. We would stay again but had similar quality in Rock Hill for 50.00 less? We thought it was a little pricey for experience and age of hotel.

Comfortable but loud

If you stay ask for the top floor otherwise you take the chance of the people over you walking. The pipes in the walls bang loudly when someone above would flush the toilet or turn of the shower. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

This was my second stay there and both times the staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. My bed was super comfortable, with nice pillows. The breakfast was fine and I enjoyed the choice of sausages. A very good value!

Safety

Staff in breakfast knook could be nicer. Tables not to wobble.our last night power went out. Stayed out 12t hours. No emergency lighting on second or third floor. Scary. We stayed the night but I did not sleep. When I told person at front desk about it. She just said ok. To me it was more of a safety concern. They said it wasn't’ there hotel outage and no comps I will not stay here ever again. I was traveling with my family.

Nice stay!

Very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff on top of everything!! Property could use a little upgrade.
