The hotel was a stopover for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. What I didn’t realize is that it is right next to the train tracks. Thank goodness the train did not blow their horns but they were still noisy.

One night stay was okay

One night stay. Comfortable but someone did fireworks beneath our window from 22:00 to 22:30, so quite noisy. Then at 4am the train passed by and shook the room.

Respite from a long day of driving

Appreciation for accessibility to a walkable space for our mini schnauzer. Quiet, comfortable with everything we needed on premises. Opted to stay in after a long day of driving; thankfully heavy snacks were available for purchase in the lobby store, which allowed us to stay put for the night!

The Customer Service Here is Above and Beyond!

The customer service at this hotel is beyond amazing. I called a few days before because my scheduled arrival in Charleston was late (midnight) and I was concerned about getting a ride from the airport to the hotel. I spoke with a very nice lady named Lisa who assured me a shuttle would be available. When I arrived at the airport, there was a slight mix up with the shuttle drivers and Lisa ended up driving a shuttle to the airport herself after her shift had ended to make sure I had a ride and didn't leave me hanging! She went way above and beyond and was super nice, and even gave me some excellent recommendations for my trip to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge area. The room was nice and comfy, too, and I had everything I needed. Thank you for the excellent welcome to West Virginia! It was a wonderful experience.
