Disgusting place inside and outside. We arrived at 2am and no one was there to check us in just a note on the cage pulled down over the front desk. At 7 people waiting in the parking lot. Lobby smells like garbage and cigarettes. Super sketchy hotel nothing like advertising. No one ever came back so we had to find a different hotel. I want a full refund.

My check in was a nightmare. My room was not ready. Apparently there was no house keeping on the property so several rooms were uncleaned including mine. People were in rooms unaccounted for. There was a sticky substance on EVERYTHING. A TERRIBLE SMELL throughout the whole building. I do not recommend anyone staying here!

Low prices at this hotel are false do not book it if you can afford to stay here you can afford to stay someplace actually nice. Hotels.com is also lying about including all fees and taxes and needs to update their website and app to account for the actual fees and taxes required to stay at the hotels you book through their app

This motel was a dive. I didn't stay here because the manager or any employees for that matter were nowhere to be found. I waited an hour and finally the manager just happened to show up and said they didn't have any vacancies. I explained my hotels.com booking and she said it didn't matter. Now I can't get ahold of hotels.com to get refunded for this fiasco. I'll never use hotels.com again or stay at motel 6 again. Theyre both terrible.
