Room AC/Heater is always on. That is a deal breaker for me. This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel. The place was cleans, the staff friendly and price was good. The gym was nice and everything worked. The noise from the AC/Heater was not expected and although it was not "loud", it was annoying for me. No Microwave in room but you can use the one in the lobby.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the size of the rooms. The rooms are too small! If we had known, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. But, the hotel itself, is very nice.

Pros:clean, decent breakfast, good coffee, niceshower head with good water pressure, convenient location. Cons:small rooms, paper thin walls and you can hear your neighbors and the traffic noise is extremely loud.

The room was clean and had the black out shades. Zero light gets through when you roll them all the way down, absolutely the best add on they could have invested in. The staff was friendly. A pool table in the lobby and breakfast was included which is always awesome. I would definitely recommend it and all for a reasonable price.

Very clean and safe hotel, breakfast is very good with a wide selection. Convenient location at 77 and Tyvola. They didn't honor my Expedia rate though. I had to show the rate I booked via Expedia and they credited back the difference.
