The hotel and staff are great. However my room as very noisy as it overlooked a busy intersection. The hotel also shares a parking lot with lower end hotels. The room was in very good, clean condition, and the included breakfast is nice. If I were to stay here again I’d as for a room facing the parking lot or on the opposite end of the hotel from the intersection.

Comfortable Stay, but tired looking

We found the rooms comfortable and clean initially, however, we were disappointed with the daily cleaning service! The cleaning staff missed our room twice!! They apparently came round early, (before 9 0 clock) and because we had ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door , they missed us out! In general, the hotel staff showed disinterest in their guests, serving whilst wearing iPods etc, for the amount we paid, I would have expected better. Also, the hotel looked tired and in need of some TLC.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which made getting ready each day super comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—there were plenty of options, and everything was fresh. Most of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly made the experience feel above and beyond. I’d definitely stay here again!
