Historic Beauty and Walkable to Everywhere
Stay in a beautiful, historic home in your own sunny, second story apartment. The house is traditional brick dating to 1905 and lovingly restored and furnished with local antiques. Walk to Charlottesville's historic downtown Mall as well as downtown Belmont, and The University of Virginia. A five minute drive takes you to Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello and also nearby are a plethora of vineyards, breweries, the Shenandoah Mountains and other attractions of Charlottesville.
This was a beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well stocked and even included a welcome bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the home is centrally located to downtown Charlottesville. I would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay if attending a concert at the Ting Pavilion. Close walking distance to the restaurants on the Downtown Mall. Clean and charming apartment. Monica was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
Very clean! We appreciated having the apartment stocked with coffee for those of us who get up early. We loved the walking ability to the pedestrian mall as well as to all of the wonderful restaurants in Belmont. Would definitely stay here again!!
Only there a few hours and it had everything we needed for our overnight stay. TV would be nice. Little farther walking for our age than anticipated but quick drive to everywhere.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was wonderful, very nicely decorated and clean. We really liked how close it was to all the unique restaurants and downtown.Nightlife
A friend and I enjoyed this wonderful rental for a weekend and had a great time. The location is close enough to everything to be really convenient, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The lack of TV was not an issue as we brought an iPad to watch movies. This is definitely a place I would rent again when I go back to Charlottesville.
This apartment was charming, comfortable, quiet, and quaint. My friend and I enjoyed our short stay. My only concern is the slippery bathtub/shower. Maybe consider a rubber mat?
Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Comfortable living space and beds with good AC for a home built in 1915! The coffee pods were a welcome surprise as I forgot mine! There was no tv so on the one rainy evening, we watched a movie on an iPad - but it worked as the WiFi was good and it was nice to be tv free the rest of our trip. Great location to walk over to the pedestrian mall. The free trolley was nice to ride a little further around town and we were able to Uber out to a winery for a reasonable fare. Definitely recommend staying here!!!
We loved our stay. We only stayed one night but the apartment worked perfectly for us. It's walkable to the downtown mall and Belmont restaurants and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The inside of the apartment is spotlessly clean with lots of historic charm. We'd definitely stay again!
Monica's little place was perfect for our long weekend. It's close to so much and easy to navigate to and from. Street parking was available and the neighborhood was sweet. The space was the perfect size for what we needed.
Lovely updated older home easily walkable to downtown Charlottesville. Dog friendly (no cats allowed). Bottle of local wine awaiting our arrival as a welcome gift.
My adult daughter and I loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and cozy with a lovely decor that matched the historical nature of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with charming appliances and the communication with Monica was excellent. We were ready to move in by the end of our stay!
This was such a sweet flat and in a really perfect location. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
