Warner House | Charming Home in Belmont- walk Downtown

Spacious, yet cozy new home that is in a great, central location and has everything you'll need for the perfect stay! The main level has a large open plan concept; containing a fully stocked kitchen with amazing views of the mountains, a spacious dining area seating 6, and a living area with a comfy sectional couch - sink in and enjoy the game or a movie with friends and family. There is an outdoor patio off the main living area, great for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. On the top level you'll find 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom (King) has amazing mountains views and contains a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The other bedroom, (King), is just down the hall with trees and greenery keeping the room private and warm. The full bath with another walk in shower is also en-suite. The bottom level contains a second primary bedroom that contains a seating area to enjoy a book before bed. The room is equipped with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. This home is a newly developed townhouse complex located in the Belmont neighborhood -- a diverse neighborhood and highly desire-able area due to it's close proximity to all of the happenings downtown, on main street and nearby UVA. It is walking distance to great restaurants and music venues as well as a short drive to visit Monticello and surrounding wineries. It's easy access to Highway 64 and route 250 make a perfect Charlottesville getaway.

Wonderful home

We were six adults spending three nights in Charlottesville. The Warner House added tremendously to our trip. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were wonderful. The living space brought us all together. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Home in a great location

We were 3 adult couples visiting Charlottesville and feel very lucky to have found such a comfortable, beautiful home to stay in. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, gorgeous kitchen and living area, and a nice patio. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants, and were in close driving distance to Monticello, the wineries and UVA. We had a wonderful weekend and would love to return to this home again in the future.

Nice stay

This property is great for couples. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The bedroom on the bottom level is very private. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A warning, the wall between the 2 upstairs bathrooms is very easy to hear through. Got a good laugh a couple times with that! LOL (12 year old humor!) We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The kitchen window is so large and open. If we had time, cooking there seemed like it would be a pleasure. The views out of the back are very nice. Lots of green to see! We had access to the washer and dryer and soap was provided so it was easy to replenish the towels after use. My ONLY complaint would be that the pilllows on all beds are way too flat. Everyone had sore necks as we are used to a more firm pillow. Maybe bring your own if possible? Everyone enjoyed their stay and would stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable and spacious

This is a nicely decorated, spacious townhouse close to downtown. It is located in a lovely, family oriented neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided. It was clean when we arrived. All communication with the rental management was timely. The neighbors on either side were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous stay

The home was warm and inviting. It had everything we needed. The location was very central to everything that we chose to do while we were there for the weekend. This included going to winery, Orchard, Monticello and downtown. We all stated that we would choose this exact house again and come back and explore more next year.

Exceeded expectations!

This unit was exceptional. It looked like something out of magazine with so much attention to creating an inviting upscale environment. Everything was beautiful, almost like being in an art museum. The gas fireplace in the living room was fun to use and there was a lot of accent lighting. The kitchen provided everything and more that we needed. It is in a very nice neighborhood. The neighbors on both sides of us were friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything that wasn't top notch. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home!

Girls Quick Getaway

My girls and I had a quick getaway before sending off one to get married later that week. This property was wonderful! The place is absolutely gorgeous. Neighbors were so friendly. The owner left great details and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The living room is a great gathering space. Lovely kitchen with all the amenities needed. It was a great location. Quick ride to wineries and easy drive or walk to restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend it!

Charlottesville Gem

This property is the perfect stay for three couples or extended family as was our case. The home is owner occupied much of the time and the decor and available amenities reflect that as opposed to a "rental use only" property. A private bath for each bedroom plus the powder room was a treat and very handy as everyone readied for our wedding events. The location is convenient to all of CVill and the surrounding area, the neighbors friendly and we had a lovely stay. A+ recommendation from our family.

Fantastic girls weekend

The house was absolutely perfect for our celebratory girls weekend. The home is even more gorgeous in person than the beautiful photos. Everyone was blown away by how much space there was, how lovely the home is, and how comfortable and luxurious it all feels. We had the most wonderful stay!

We had a moms getaway weekend in Charlottesville and this was a great property. Good central location, accessible to everything you would want to do in Charlottesville. Beautifully decorated throughout. The beds were all very comfortable!

Perfect townhouse for a cozy weekend!

This property is perfect for three couples - spacious bedrooms, own bathrooms and awesome common spaces on the main floor. Only a 15min drive from the wineries we went to and great proximity to downtown for brunch/dinners. We were snowed in on our last day - well stocked kitchen to cook a few meals and cozy fireplace on the snow day. The neighbor even helped us shovel the driveway so we had an easier time leaving in the morning. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!
