We stayed in Room 207 on May 24th and 25th. When we arrived there was an open and empty water bottle on the floor by the bed. The shower leaked water and so we had to make sure there were towels on the floor. Other than that we appreciated the non-carpeted floors, the friendly staff, and the fresh coffee.

We reserved 3 rooms (2 accessible) for 2 nights. The lighting in all of the rooms was not sufficient. The 2 of the 3 remote contolled window blinds in the accessible suite were inoperable, limiting the light in the room even more. The garage parking, fruebdly/helpful staff, breakfast, and walkable location to points of interest & dining was fabulous.

AMAZING!! Beautifully decorated, spacious room. Professional staff. Delicious breakfast. Awesome pool for my granddaughters. The early checkin was extremely helpful. We were out of town visitors that came to Chattanooga for a play at 2:00. Early check in really helped us get ready for the play. I was truly amazed at the beauty of downtown Chattanooga.
