Perfect for families

We stayed at this house while we were in town for a family wedding at nearby HoweFarms. Perfect and beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Pictures don’t do it justice. Large gourmet kitchen and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent property. We would definitely book this place again if we’re ever in the area.

Awesome Front Porch

We really enjoyed our stay while in town for a horse show. The house was very nice and spacious. Phil, the property manager, was very nice and helpful with the check in process. Our favorite part of the house was the porch. We spent most nights out there relaxing and laughing. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent Home for Family

We live in Florida, and my sister and her family lives in Oklahoma. We rented this house to be together the weekend my daughter was married at Black Fox Farms. With two teenagers, four adult children, and us parents, we had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company all weekend. I loved everything about this house and this VRBO experience!

This very large house was clean and well designed for multiple families to be at without feeling like you are on top of each other. Property manager is very responsive, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen has everything utensil needed to cook. We will be saving this house for when we come back! Thank you!!

Amazing

We booked this house (first time ever booking an Airbnb/Vrbo)because our daughter was getting married at a venue nearby. We knew we would have friends and family that would need a place to stay for the wedding (since we are all from Vegas). This home was absolutely beautiful! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Close enough to Cleveland for any necessities you might need and far enough away to make your stay relaxing and quiet! This home accommodated all 11 of us just fine. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have and the home is very secure. It was an absolutely amazing experience for us.

Careful where you step.

The good: Sleeps 12 with air bed, beautifully and fully furnished, carefully curated. Owner responds quickly and allowed us a flexible checkin and checkout. The large laundry room counter was helpful as bridesmaids built their bouquets for my daughter's wedding. The bad: My normally agile husband fell off the bottom rung of the staircase in low light due to the optical illusion created by the oversized rug at the base. The last step blends with the floor (even in good light), and the placement of the rug makes it appear that you've arrived on the ground floor one step early. Others of our party noticed that optical illusion, and it's scary if you're carrying a baby. My husband and I also tripped over the corner protrusion of the bottom staircase rung where it wrapped around the newel post. I started placing my handbag there as a visual reminder of that protrusion. Several members slipped on the dry but highly polished master bath hardwood floor, both in bare feet and sock feet. Upstairs attic closet has a step up, so don't forget about that surprise drop on the way out. I stayed in the twin bed room, but the antique reproduction tub was dangerous for me in my current physical condition, so I showered in another bath. Owner's concern for their pillow shams, counter tops, and hardwood floors contrasted with a toilet paper supply of one-ply paper. Even the two bidets couldn't make up for that. There is more parking than the owner claimed, but she didn't want any extra people to come over and have a rehearsal dinner at the house, as that constitutes a party. Security/manager will come over to make sure you're not having a party or exceeding 12 guests. The extravagant decor alone costs more than my 4br home, which I was so relieved to return to.

Beautiful property

Spacious and beautiful! My only complaint was that we hadn’t planned to stay longer! Really spectacular finishes and met all our needs. There were two families with small children and was very easy to escape to certain areas of the house or explore outside.

White water adventure

Two families met in at this amazing property for a long weekend. The plans included white water rafting on the Ocoee river, zip lining in the forest, and touring Chattanooga. This was a perfect location for this plan. The accommodations were awesome. The rooms were as pictured. Lots of room for 4 17-23 year olds and 4 adult parents. Large kitchen for cooking and if decide to grill, there is a barbeque. We would stay again when we decide to test the Ocoee in the future

Spacious Gathering Spot for Family

The layout of this home is excellent. It is so beautiful and the pictures of the website are accurate but do not do it justice for how beautiful it truly is in person. It has a “hallmark channel movie house” feel. Everyone has space to spread out (we had 8 in our group) and have privacy without stepping on top of each other. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking, baking and prep with everything you need including a grill in the garage to use as needed. The only thing that was disappointing is the ice maker in the fridge not producing ice. Since we were not familiar with the fridge brand did not want to mess with it or bother the owner, so we easily bought a bag of ice to accommodate. When we had a minor issue the owner and contact person were all easy to contact and were very prompt in resolving the issue to accommodate our busy schedule. The bathrooms are spacious and showers have great water pressure with instant hot water which is the best! Beds are all super comfortable as well. Sitting out on the front porch was very relaxing with a nice breeze in the afternoon or early morning, a rocking chair or hammock would have been a nice touch. When we return to Cleveland, TN a few times per year, this house will be my first choice for my stay.

Exceeded Expectations

This was the perfect place for our gathering in prep for my daughter's wedding. Large kitchen was great for the baking we needed to do for wedding, and for cooking together. So much room and easy drives to places we needed. My only frustration was with the vrbo and Evolve communications which made it hard to clarify details.

This place was wonderful for our large family gathering celebrating our son's graduation from Lee University and Mother's Day too! The home is spacious, beautiful, has everything you need, fabulous porch and perfect lovely fenced in yard for playing yard games and little ones running around! perfect for all! We had 10 adults and three little ones. Loved, loved, loved our time together in this beautiful place! Perfect!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. Everything was clean and in order. We absolutely loved our stay there. Our grandchildren were intrigued by the home and how large it was. It was a perfect long weekend get-away. Our hosts were very accommodating and we would recommend their home as a great place to stay.

Spacious, well appointed home...

My wife and I hosted our extended family for a long weekend and needed to be near Cleveland, Tenn. You won't find many if any properties of this size and this nice available in the area. Bedrooms and bathrooms border on luxurious. And everything we needed including linens, internet, cutlery, coffee makers, etc. was provided. We found our time spent here relaxing and comfortable. I can recommend this property with confidence.

Amazing stay!!

I rented this house while we were in town for a family wedding. It was perfect! The home is spotless and very well decorated. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you need for a great time. In fact, during our stay in Cleveland, we did not go out to dinner once because the kitchen was so perfect for everyone and the home had plenty of room. The bathrooms are modern and luxurious. The bedrooms were all very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The front porch is perfect for coffee in the morning, after dinner drinks and just socializing with friends and family. We used the traditional charcoal grill every day and loved it! There was also plenty of parking in the driveway. Since we had family in town for this wedding from all over the country and staying at several different places in the Cleveland area, the house become the "gathering place" for meals and socializing. It could not have been more perfect. Since returning home, I have received several "thank you" notes for selecting such an amazing home for our family to gather. This is definitely a 5 start rating and I would strongly recommend! If you are going to be staying for several days and appreciate great meats for gilling, it is worth the drive to Hixon to go to Don's Meats! We went there the day we arrived and I was able to cook the most amazing breakfast sausage, steaks, chicken, and hamburgers. Between the gourmet kitchen and a world class butcher, there is no wonder why we did not go out to eat while we were there! Next time we are in Cleveland we will definitely stay here again!
