Best western Cleveland Tennessee

This best western is clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay here as the place makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Good place for families or any traveler really.

This is not the first time staying at this property. We like it because of its location and the previous stays were enjoyable. We got in late and really just wanted a good night sleep as a family of five. But this particular time there was mold in the shower--ceiling and walls. Breakfast was also odd as the attendant seemed stressed and annoyed. There was also a lot of noise and none of it was monitored.
