Unwind and connect with friends and family in our insta-worthy, retro inspired home. We have it all - the perfect location, beautifully designed interior & lots of outdoor space. Located on a paved walking/bike path in the heart of the St. Elmo neighborhood 10 mins to downtown. Easily walkable to food & drinks or coffee & ice cream. Over 2200 sq ft, we comfortably sleep 10 adults in 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 bath. A 5 person hot tub, 30 ft pool, ping pong table, yard games, a private bar, and fire pit!

*Parking ~ parks up to six vehicles. A short walk up the sidewalk will take you to the ground floor entry with smart lock.

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and front and rear yard. There is a detached shed that is not included in the rental of this property.

Other things to note
Guest Access: Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. The home is accessed via smart lock.

Parking: The parking area can fit 4-6 cars. It’s located off a walking path, PLEASE BE CAREFUL when pulling in or backing out, people are riding bikes and pushing strollers.

Fire pit: If you would like to use the fire pit during your stay, you will need to bring your own firewood. If you would like us to provide it for you, we can do so for a fee.

TV’s: There is NO cable TV. You can log into your own accounts using apps on the Smart TVs to watch movies and TV shows: Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.

Check in was extraordinarily easy. We had groceries delivered from Walmart right before we arrived and the delivery person was able to locate and access the back door without any trouble. My husband and I slept so good in the master on the ground floor, unusual for us in an unfamiliar place. Our college-age kids had their own rooms upstairs, and they loved not only their bedrooms but the very cool vibe in all of the common areas. Having more than one place to congregate was perfect. I appreciated that the pool and hot tub were so clean. The whole house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed - we ate in for most of our meals. We used the Virginia Avenue Greenway right behind the house for walks and access to the restaurants nearby. We would love to come back and do more exploring from this spot!

Excellent House and Great Location

We loved our stay at The Jade! The house was perfect for our group of two families. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for us to cook breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable and the various hang out spaces worked well for the grown ups and kids. One of our favorite things was taking the walking path to Clumpies for ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location to walk and explore. Restaurants within walking distance. Publix was easy drive, in and out. The house was well stocked with items for cooking. Only item we missed was not having scissors in kitchen. Used the grill once and it worked great. It was not cleaned from last time it was used, I cleaned it out and made sure I cleaned afterwards. These were small problems, no big deal

We loved our stay! The owners were super helpful with questions about the area. Plenty of space for all 7 of us! Cute historic district! We loved that we could spend some relaxing time in the hot tub and pool! Nice added touches like pool towels provided, black wash clothes for makeup removal, sound machines in the rooms, built in night lights in the stairs, really more than I can mention.

Weekend Getaway

Myself and 8 other friends had a wonderful time staying in Diana’s home. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. It’s is in a very convenient location with some coffee shops/pizza/other shops close by. There is also a mixed use path nearby where I was able to have a great morning run.

Family Getaway

We stayed at this house with our adult children and 2.5 year grandson for our daughter’s 30th birthday weekend. The house is really cute, very clean, and has lots of fun activities and thoughtful touches. It is very kid friendly, with built-in retractable baby gates on all the stairways, which was a huge bonus for us. The kitchen is very well stocked and the various entertaining areas make this ideal for families or groups. We enjoyed playing ping-pong and corn hole. Sadly, it wasn’t pool friendly weather during our visit and hot tub jets were out of commission, but we enjoyed relaxing in it anyway. The owners are extremely helpful and responded immediately to all messages. We had a fantastic time walking on the greenway and to the cute St. Elmo downtown. Overall, a fantastic visit! We would highly recommend this property!

Property is just as pictured in the listing! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for a big group, good location, big parking lot and very beautifully decorated! We had the best girls weekend in the Jade House and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Great Place!

We loved our stay here! Super close to so many activities, stores, and restaurants. We had trouble with the wifi dropping the first night, and the host was very responsive to our messages. The decor was super cute! Lot of things in the home to keep you busy.

Great place and location

Very clean house and decorated so cute. We had plenty of hot water, great water pressure, wonderful hot tub and the ping pong table was used constantly!! We were surprised to have 2 sets of washer/dryers. Our only complaint is we didn't get to come in the summer and use the pool. This was very close to Rock City and downtown too. Will stay there again if we can!!

Chattanooga Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The proximity to downtown and everything you need is within 10 minutes. The house itself was beautiful with fun renovations and decorations. It was plenty of space for the 7 adults and 1 baby we had. They even had accommodations and gear for our baby (baby gate, pack and play, seats). The hosts were extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. So many fun things to do in this house!

My family of four stayed here with another family (in total, 4 kids and 4 adults). The top loft was spacious enough to sleep all the kids. The kitchen was spacious and had great plates, utensils, and cookware. Loved the large dining room table that could fit us all. The kids (8, 10, 10, & 12) loved the hot tub and pool (even though it was chilly outside!). We were able to walk to the incline mtn ride, brewery and food easily in St Elmo. Place was convenient to downtown (10 min) and other attractions.

Perfect First Weekend of Fall!

I hosted a Yoga & Wellness retreat the first weekend of fall. I chose this house based on the aesthetic and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful backdrop for our event. Kitchen was well stocked and made creating our meals easy. The bedrooms were great. The house was super clean. The outdoor space was perfect for sunrise yoga, afternoon swimming and evening hot tub time and a fire pit wrap up. Check out instructions were so easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house felt very private even tho it is right next to other houses. The host was very easy to communicate with and always had quick responses leading up to the event & during. The only thing that could be a drawback is that I didn't realize the amount of stairs. Would not be an easy stay for someone with mobility issues. We all loved our stay! I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful getaway home

Can't say enough nice things about our stay here. This home is perfect for a social gathering. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped it was, especially for families with young children - multiple pack and plays, stairwell guards, and a booster seat all came in handy. Proximity to local attractions was also a big plus! Would definitely rent this house again!

Absolutely loved my stay!

The house was just like the photos; beautiful, clean, and so much space for everyone. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Just a quick Uber ride to downtown! I absolutely would love to come back next year !

Great stay

This house is situated in a wonderful location in Chattanooga. The house was well appointed, had a nice pool and hot tub, both of which were clean. The upstairs loft was an oasis for the kids and the downstairs master was a retreat for the grandparents. We also enjoyed the front porch with an enclosed front yard. The firepit hosted several nights of s'mores and stories.
