Room 134 great Large Bathroom on first floor. However the room had a loud heating system which was annoying. BUT the worse part was the smell of cigarettes due to the fact that the room was close to an Exit door that people were using to stand outside then re-enter. Otherwise it was okay.

Safe, pleasant, and pretty, with multitudes of restaurants, cafes, and shops, they don't call the hometown of Penn State University "Happy Valley" for nothing.
