This ground-floor Chelan condo is just steps away from the shores of Lake Chelan. Not only is this vacation rental accessible to travelers of all ages, but it also offers a community dock, on-site tennis courts, and a patio. You'll also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, a swimming beach, and five pools.

The Chelan Shores condo community is located in the town of Chelan along the lake in the North Central Cascade region of Washington. Hit the lake for kayaking or paddle boarding with rentals from Lake Rider Sports, or make the quick three-mile drive to indulge at the local wineries. The town of Chelan is just over two miles away, and full of shopping and dining options.

Only 2 reasons I took off a star. There are no streaming services. It would have been nice to sit and wind down with a show. There was cable available The bed was really hard. Other than that, beautiful location and we had a great time swimming

Nice lake view condo

Good location, but the pot pans and cooking utensils are very basic. FYI you don’t need 6 plastic spatula’s. Overall is was just okay, probably look for a nicer unit next time.

Great location, perfect room for lake views!

Very clean and safe. The gas tank was MT and the umbrella was broken. Notified the front dest and they replaced the gas tank, the umbrella was picked up but not replaced. We will be back next year foe sure.

Great Complex, Great Location, Nice Unit

Overall complex very well kept, clean and facilities were very good. This unit is directly waterfront and about 100' back from Lake Chelan. Unit is a bit dated but that isn't a problem as everything we needed was there, except for marginal internet. We would go back again to this or other units. While I have been an VRBO customer many years, on this unit they just turned us over to Vacasa and then forgot about us. And of course, took their fee immediately. Don't care for Vacasa all that much.

DO NOT STAY HERE

My experience was terrible! The listing was false and misleading. Nowhere did it mention that all the pools and other amenities would be closed during my stay. I understand the circumstances but I made the effort twice to make contact with Vacasa the so called property management company to verify if the swimming areas would be open and no one ever got back to me. Assuming no news is good news I booked the trip for my family and I. We drove 5 hours from home to be told that we could not use any of the pools. I spent the entire first day of my vacation trying to contact Vacasa via phone text and email and no one ever responded. This was truly the worst customer service and experience I have had. I felt lied to and robbed. I would not recommend and property by this poorly run company Vacasa.

Good views from unit and building is quite. There is direct sun most of the day. Patio was missing an umbrella but front desk brought one for us to use. We had to borrow matches to light the BBQ because ignitor didn’t work. Bed would be more comfortable with a pillow top mattress cover.

Excellent location but uncomfortable

The condo was very clean and fully equipped and you cannot beat the view. We were traveling with two small kids and our whole idea was to relax and have a family time together. There was a bed in the main bedroom which was good for two adults but the pull out sofa bed in the living room was in a terrible condition. It was almost in a fall apart condition. We could not get a goodnight sleep for the entire two days that we were there. It was impossible for kids to sleep in the put out sofa bed and we ended up hurting our back the two nights. Did not feel it was worth to spend that much money in an off season time....
