The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great time

Brough my teen daughter and her best friend for her birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool was not open though it was advertised as it would be. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely family getaway

We have stayed at GOTL twice before but this was our first time at this specific unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The balcony overlooked the lake and we had an amazing view of the fireworks! We will be back.

This was our first stay at Grandview. Our room was newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. It was fully equipped with the right things for a family. The master bedroom and bed Murphy bed were very comfortable. The location couldn’t be anymore perfect. Thanks for another great summer Chelan!

Maintenance was tough at this place

The unit was very clean and nice, just like the picture. We had a problem with the lock on the sliding door and had to have Maintenance come twice to fix it. Also, the refrigerator broke and we had to move all of our food to a different unit because they were unable to fix it. Although they came quickly when we called, they didn’t seem to know how to fix things. Overall it was a lot of hassle during our three day stay.

Sweet little spot on the lake

Room was perfect for our needs. Had all the basic necessities one would need with a Safeway near by. Walking distance from a trail and from the downtown little shop area. Love that all rooms have a water view. The only downside is the property hot tub- as hot tub lovers and the main reason we chose this place to stay in, we were very disappointed that it was bath water temperature and the jets didn’t work making it pretty much unusable during the chilly/windy days that we were there. Other than that- the room was fantastic.
