The house sits on private 3 acre lot directly on Riviere Petite. It also has beautiful natural creek running through the property adding that magical element. Great fishing off shore/off boat. Swim, snorkel, paddle several kilometers of the river to Lac Simon rapids. Cozy house with newly renovated kitchen, open concept Livingroom. Satellite Wi-Fi

3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people. Large new kitchen with open concept living room. 3 acre lot: 1 acre maintained; 2 acres forest. Natural creek divides maintained area from forest. Wooden bridge allows for crossing for explorers. Lots of wild life for observers. Volleyball/badminton net, outdoor and indoor games, paddle boat provided. Hammocks located right over the creek for hypnotizing sounds of trickling water. Sun room + screened gazebo.

Access off quiet dead end city road following 150m driveway for added privacy. Lots of parking. Easy commute from Ottawa or Montreal.
