Family Trip
Excellent stay - beds super comfy - everything we needed in room. Staff very friendly. Very handy for motorway and Harvester and McDonalds on site. We will visit again, thank you.

Lift and smelly
Check in was ok, room was clean, but not the best. During our stay the lift broke down, it was ok for us as we were only on the first floor. Worse than that though there was sewerage leaking through the floor on the ground floor, which you had to go through coming from the stairs on one side. Unfortunately this wasn't fixed quickly as it was over new year. Not the best experience in this hotel, where we have stayed before many times. Not sure if we'll be back....

We liked that the hotel was in a great location, making it easy and convenient to get to places like stores and coffee shops. Some of the touristy attractions were just a short distance away. Plus, there was a Harvester restaurant right on the property that seemed to be quite popular. The hotel itself had its own small restaurant that was busy with popularity. The rooms were clean, although small. We had found the beds to be quite comfortable. The housekeeping of the rooms were well maintained and kept tidy, clean. The staff at the front desk had been nice and always ready to help. Overall, it's the ideal hotel for short stays.

Ibis is showing its age a little bit now, but was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast,cold and hot options. Harvester on site for dinner and a drink.
