"Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My teenage son loved the massage chair — we were visiting the area for a sports camp and he spent every evening using the chair to help with his sore muscles. :) The only changes I would suggest would be providing larger fridges. Ours could barely hold 4 small bottles/cans."
