Clean, 2 black beetles on the carpet - roaming; bathroom door water damaged on the corners and bottom. No walk in shower for a 95 year old, no tub Matt or grippers on the bottom of the tub. Nice heat lamp to warm towels, bed too high for a 5’ woman, she fell out trying to get into bed- suggest a bed step, but in the dark????

So many places are clean, but room heaters/air conditioners need filters cleaned 2X a year. Or more often if used daily. Then it’s the little things like a bathroom door that needs paint or replacing because of water spraying on it. And the bath tub with no grips on it! Just how many people fall because of that!!! Just how many take a bath, my 95 year old mom just can’t crawl in and out of a tub, especially one without grips!!!

Arrived and the front area was being painted or something so it was tapped off. It was raining and there were puddles everywhere. This property must be very old and the neglect is more than evident. The carpet is filthy. The entire 3rd floor smelled like bacon! Our room carpet is filthy, the bathtub is stained, I had to fix the flapper in the toilet so it would stop running and the TV is old. The mattress is passed it’s expiration date, old saggy and sinks to the middle. I expected much more from a La Quinta

Got in late from long drive to find dirty sheets and no toilet paper or facial tissue anywhere in the room. Halls and elevator were very dirty as well. Slept 6 hours and back on the road. Terrible for $176.
