Great stay overall. The room was pretty clean and spacious. The bathroom was a decent size. No issues with the bed. If my wife was with me she might have complained about the lack of extra pillows. The breakfast was a bit minimal but certainly better than some places I stayed at. For the price, I don’t think you could do any better. Would definitely stay here again if I’m driving through.

Only believe more recent reviews as this place comes highly recommended! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were warm and thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was mid-grade hotel quality (warm omelets, sausage, waffles, in addition to cereal, juice, okay coffee). But for the price we loved the breakfast because it felt truly free! Would stay again at this price point for sure for sure!

Our room was on the ground floor by the door, however it was very quiet!! We were in Cheyenne on a family emergency chose a lower rate as we didn’t know how long we would be in town. I’ve stayed in places 3x the cost that were horrible. They are going through extensive renovations, but don’t let that deter you. The room and property are very clean!!! Will stay again if necessary.

The hotel would do well to have a listing of eating establishments located further into town. Seriously within the 5 miles of this hotel there are 12 other hotels and only a Mexican restaurant and Outback available.

What looked like mold in the corner of the ceiling, shower head was not even attached to the wall. None smoking room smelt like someone sat in their and chain smoked for days.

The carpet is dirty and worn. The hallway carpet has water stains under every overhead fire sprinkler. The elevator door makes a terrible noise upon opening and closing. There is water stain by the ice machine. Our room sink faucet leaked. The third floor is closed. I wonder why?

A little Improvement Needed, Nice Room Stay

Moving our cars at 6am by request of the front desk was uncharted territory. I had to wake up and be out early so it was in synergy with that. 90 percent of the time thats not the case and it would have been pretty inconvenient. The hotel staff for breakfast did the best they can. I really needed a gluten free option verified by the ingredients. The sausage was good and said to be gluten free, but unable to be really checked. The hot tub was wonderful and people were friendly.

Good price for the area compared to other options, but the room could use some maintenance … wallpaper hanging loose, bathroom caulking, etc. OK breakfast buffet, but not overly great. A lot of road noise from freeway, bring a fan.
