Moore Haven Heights was established in 1927 as a neighborhood of custom- built homes by the North Hills Corporation and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. This brick home retains its high level of original integrity with original wood flooring, built-in cabinets and mirrors in bedroom one, coal shoot, coal cellar, laundry sink, upper kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink, mailbox and many more.
