Beautiful room and grounds. A few ants in our bathroom and a bathroom door that was hard to open, but otherwise a good stay. £20 for a glass of house red wine at the bar was a little excessive too. Staff were helpful and loved the pool and location.

Great hotel but the rooms are very dated. Hotel feels a bit like a maze. Lower rating given because I booked a room with a baby aged 3 months. They put us on the 1st floor knowing there are no lifts in the hotel so we have to carry a pram up and down, which is super inconvenient especially when the baby was sleeping. Friends of ours who travelled with us for the weekend had no baby and were given a ground floor room even though we were told none were available even though we both booked the same room type. Parking facility is great, the estate itself is excellent.

A nice stay

We stayed overnight and had a very comfortable stay. We booked dinner at the on-site restaurant and enjoyed the food (steak and aubergine dish respectively). The pool and sauna area was lovely. Breakfast (shakshuka and full English) was also delicious and a good selection of food.

We had a fantastic stay, including our dog, she enjoyed all the facilities and high level care given to us all. Never have we stayed anywhere so dog friendly but still had high standards. Staff were friendly, attentive and food was good. We had spa treatments which were excellent and enjoyed the spa facilities too. The wonderful walks around the Goodwood estate. Our only criticism was breakfast on the last day of our stay, it was much quieter after a very busy bank holiday but food wasn’t so good quality/ hot or the service as efficient unlike the previous 2 days. The coffee machines caused lots of issues very unreliable. We will definitely be back to stay again as overall really good.

Really enjoyed my stay- welcome was very warming, quick, room ready at the right time Booked a signature room with king bed. Great comfort and facilities and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was as it should be for the Hotel, m terms of choice and quality of food. Very attentive service. Will stay again as it was perfect for racing-free shuttle bus so perfect all round. Excellent for me.

Lovely area, clean room , staff kind and helpful bar food options not so great but the chef was very helpful with providing a gluten free meal . And some of the other guest were a bit noisy in in the corridor at night. which disturbed us.
