The chalet has been recently renovated and consists of two independent apartments. It offers a stay characterised by nature, comfort and modernity, with full respect for the environment. It is located in Chies d'Alpago, a territory dotted with interesting villages, surrounded by the Bellunese Prealps. The chalet is nestled under Mount Messer and has a breathtaking view of Lake Santa Croce. A luxury jewel in the unspoilt embrace of the Alpago greenery, between the Dolomites and the Venice lagoon.
Home Chalet Cal de Mez - Sora (with automatic air exchange) measuring 75sqm and consisting of a wide and panoramic attic living area. The kitchen is super equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table for pleasant and convivial lunches and dinners. The living room corner has a comfortable sofa that can become a double bed when needed. A smart TV and Wi-Fi connection are available. The exposed beams and the skilful use of wood and lights enhance the guest's experience.
The bedroom with panoramic view creates the atmosphere for unforgettable moments. The room is equipped with a luxurious double bed, a chair usable as a single bed and a wellness area with Jacuzzi hydromassage bath, sauna, Turkish bath and large shower with waterfall, nebulisers and infrared rays. The eco-friendly heat pump air conditioning makes the chalet's habitability even more comfortable.
To complete the offer, the accommodation has an extensive terrace with solarium and independent barbecue area, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Shared with the other structure is the possibility of using the laundry area and external car park. Excellent location for hiking trails, both for bike and hiking.
The structure is aimed at couples and families who find privacy and serenity here, while maintaining an excellent and convenient connection with main roads and tourist locations. Posizione top, appartamento e vista spettacolari.
Lâilluminazione esterna di sera sarebbe da migliorare nei punti del giardino, e magari qualche puff o lettino in terrazzo sarebbe un ottima idea

Meravigliosa
Non Ăš la prima volta che siamo venuti ad alloggiare in questa casa, e sicuramente non sarĂ lâultima.
Lâalloggio Ăš stupendo e davvero coccolo la vista Ăš mozzafiato, dispone di ogni confort possibile la casa. Lâabbiamo sempre trovata pulita e impeccabile. Iris Ăš sempre disponibile e davvero gentilissima in tutto e per tutto sa farti sentire a casa.
