I’ve ask for my money back soon as I get there and goes to the room it was so nasty then had a plastic bag in the detector they had roaches stinks so bad the bedding was so gross I didn’t stay I left I feel like they should test that place down and rebuild it I want my refund back now no one should feel like that in that nastie place I felt like I was outside in abandon building ugh the carpet shower toliet everything about that place was nastie

There are 2 elevators and only one was working. So going up-and-down took a lot longer, and we were also told we could use the service elevators, which ended up being an inconvenience for the workers because they would be packed with guests. We got there on a Thursday, and we ran into people who had been there since Sunday and said that the elevator was broken since then. So it took a long time for them to get them fixed. I understand that may not be in their control. But it was less than adequate when you consider there are 18 floors. The bathroom in our room was gross. There were what looked like bloodstains on the bathroom floor outside of the bathtub, as if someone had their period and the blood dripped on the floor and overall the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The bathtub had mold on the grout water dripped the entire time in the bathtub, and the bathtub was stained like rust. The hand towel rack fell off the wall when my husband went to dry his hands. The hallway was very dark and dingy. This hotel could definitely use a lot of updating. It was just an average hotel, and for some reason, I thought we were getting something better than this. Most of the staff was nice, and when we told them the issues that we had they decreased our bill. However, if I went back to that area, I would not stay there again. I would probably go across to the Courtyard where my brother and his family stayed, and they said it was, it's nice.

Horrible place will never stay there again we did not have room keys the whole time we were there and Elevators are not up to code me and my husband were stuck on it for 10 minutes had to pry the door open!! Not very clean at all!!!

Old shoddy rooms, 18 floors in the hotel, but only one working elevator. The whole weekend we were there, they were unable to provide room keys. So everytime you returned to your room, a staff member had to be tracked down to escort you to your room and open it. Staff members did not check IDs or verify anyone who walked through the door...basically anyone could have gotten into any room. Very unsafe, extremely inconvenient.

The computer system was down for my entire stay and i was never given a key....hotel staff had to escort all guests to their rooms and opened the doors to let everybody in. The check in process took a very long time. This hotel is old and they nees to demolish this building and rebuild.

Would not recommend

Their system was down, so no key cards, had to be accompanied to room each time left room. Fridge made noise all night, tv did not work and thermostat was running low on battery. Was back at hotel by 11am but would not provide a room to change out of rain-soaked clothing. They have shuttle to airport for flight crews but none for actual paying customers. The price was outrageous for the quality and would never stay here again. Hotels.com lists airport shuttle as an amenity, so that is on you too.

It took nearly 30 minutes to check in because the Hotel's system was currently experiencing a cyber attack. We had to be escorted to our rooms by the hotel staff because they could not make any key cards, which took increidbly long because they only had 1 person to do this and half of the elevators were out of commission. The restaurant in the lobby was still open and operating but it was now cash only. Upon having some conversations with the Hotel staff they said that the Hotel came under new ownership about 2 months ago. They said that the new owner stripped them of there 401k's and medical benefits and refuses to maintain things that are falling into disrepair(Like the elevators) They said that the system had nbeen down since the day prior and that they did close down for the day but the owner decided to repoen on Saturday and try to do everything manually and with no additional staff. We felt bad for the employees who were put in this difficult situation and understand that most of this was out of there control. We have alarge group who runs at the Flying Pig every year and we will definitely be staying somwhere else from now on.

The staff was amazing. The management team has put them in a horrible situation. The "system" had been down for mutiple days so there was no electronic check in available. All check in was done through a hand written list. No keys were given out due to the system being out. A staff member had to take us to our room and open our door ever time we came back to our room. Out of the 3 public elevators in the hotel, only one was working. Guests were allowed to use the Staff elevator. After reading reviews, the elevator issue as been ongoing for multiple weeks. As far as the room, it was horribly outdated. The mattress springs could not only be felt, but could be seen, the sliding door handle was barely hanging on and multiple stains on carpet. This room looked like it had not been updated in many decades.

Rooms outdated but location was convenient.

The location was covenant to many eateries in walking distance which was nice. The parking was cheaper than staying in downtown Cincinnati. The room seemed outdated for the price we were paying but not too bad. There was only 1 elevator working the whole time we were staying there and there was no communication from staff as to why there was only 1 elevator working out of 3 elevators.

The property has real potential if it was updated in the rooms. Our lights didn’t work in our room, when you flushed the toilet the whole tank cover pops up, there was a questionable white drip stain down the side of the bed, the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and the server was down so they could not issue keys (were told it was down for three days) each patron had to be escorted to their room and let in every time you needed access which caused a long wait and back up which although out of their control to some extent there was no gesture to make up for it and the staff were getting testy with each other. You can tell they are trying but unfortunately it is missing the mark.

We arrived to the hotel and all the computers were down. There was a line of people waiting out the door. There was only one staff member checking in. We had no key cards and had to enter or leave our room and had to be escorted to the room each time we wanted to enter . When we got to our room the toilet didn’t flush . I went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee machine was broke . Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t go back.

When we first arrived, we were told that the computer systems were down and we had to wait in a line for 58 minutes in order to check in with the one person helping the line. They were unable to provide us with a key to our room, so we had to be escorted via the elevator with other guests to be let into our room with a master key (while we stopped at multiple floors to let others into their rooms on the way). When we got to our room, the restroom smelled terribly of mildew, the bathroom (and only) sink didn’t drain for our entire stay and the thermostat was ripped off the wall, so we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. We also paid extra for a city view, but ended up with a view of a Frisch’s and two speedway (though if you went out onto the balcony and looked to the left you could see the city). Even with all of these problems, the hotel staff didn’t offer more than a “sorry” and “thanks for your patience”.
