Overpriced, not great service

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Mason for 2 nights. We left early the first morning and returned to a room that had not been made up or cleaned. We checked to make sure that we had not left a sign on the door - we did not. When we went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels, tissues, and mentioned that our room had not been made up by housekeeping, we were barely acknowledged. For the price - $500+ taxes - this was a poor value.

Will stay again

The beds were comfortable, it had a great location compared to Kings Island, plenty of space within the rooms for a family of 4. Most importantly, CLEAN! Will absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel, fantastic prices, great accommodations, the only hiccup we had was when we went swimming we were unable to use the lift to put my daughter, who uses a wheelchair, into the pool. The lift was not working so we had to find a different way to get her in the water, which can be unsafe.
