Green Acres Barn Apartment...sleeps 2 comfortably but will sleep 4.

Barn Apartment is situated next to 8 stall barn. Apartment has covered porch with view of paddocks and riding area. If bringing horses with your stay there is no extra charge for stall, barn, or paddocks (turnout) use. Shavings provided as a courtesy. There is tack area and air conditioned tack room with washer and dryer provided. If extra stall space is needed for hay and feed use is permitted. Riding area is lighted for night riding and jumps available if requested. Barn apartment has one queen bed (adjustable frame) and there is also a sleeper sofa in apartment but they are in the same room. So it will sleep 4 but you are all in the same room....good for mom, dad, and child....but more comfortable for 2 people. There are 2 bathrooms...one is for use in barn and apartment and other has full shower in apartment...so if staying you have access to 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, toaster oven, all amenities needed in kitchen (spices and coffee provided). If you want a gas grill there is one provided. Nice shaded patio in front of barn with gas fire table for evening use. Wash racks for horses is equipped with hot water and grooming supplies and soaps provided as courtesy. If other guests are renting the main home and they have horses all barn areas are common areas and is to be respectful of other guests and their horses. Home is situated away from any roads and very secluded and private. Can ride horses all over fenced property. Lots of trail riding you can trailer to close to here...within 10 miles. WEC (world equestrian center) in ocala is only about 20 minutes away. Lots of other things to do like zip lining, kayaking down silver river and rainbow river, blueberry picking (in season) and close to Gainesville and Ocala.
