We were pleasantly surprised with this lovely, little hotel. I booked on a whim shortly before our arrival to Citrus. It has a peaceful ambiance. Our room was clean & comfortable & worked for us. We had a picturesque view of the palm trees, gazebo & pool.

DISGUSTING. We moved from our first room due to the dog urine that was staining the walls. Second room had dirty, sticky floors; and I wouldn't allow my daughter to remove her shoes, and insisted she wear socks at night. No hot water in the morning, so no showers - and no follow through on any type of compensation. TERRIBLE.

The washer and dryers were ancient ! The majority did not work ! I was very surprised that a hotel that charged over 100 dollars per night offered machines in such a condition ! The rooms were satisfactory ! My suggestion , do not try to operate a Quality hotel on the cheap !

Staff was great. Had to change rooms, first room provided had mold all over the ceiling. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. Second room provided had no seen issues. But the mold in first room had me worried.

The swimming pool is supposed to be heated, but it’s not. I tried several different days to go down and go swimming and the water was cold and then the pool man said while it warms up once you’ve been in there for a while. The man at the desk and Indian man was extremely rude to me. I will not be back.
