The house was very clean and beautiful. I was very impressed with how clean and white the beds were and the A.C. worked very well which is always great in Florida.Loved getting to walk to downtown for meals. Location was great and overall I loved staying in a cool historic home for my trip.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and the bridal party was able to meet and do hair and makeup. Great place for family gatherings. The design and finishes were top notch. Bathrooms and kitchen were amazing Everything was clean. Place was well stocked.

Charming home that is well appointed with attention to detail. Our group was in town to play Cabot Citrus Farms and everything about this house fit our needs. Host was attentive and everything met our expectations! Would stay again!

Everything was wonderful, however the lower bedroom bathroom door knob came off and two guests at different times where locked in the bathroom after finding a long metal piece on the floor from the lock they opened the door, maybe a suggestion to fix the lock or door knobs. Other wise a fantastic trip!

The house was roomy and it was nice for our family coming into town for wedding. The kitchen is very roomy and nice for hosting the family for meals. We had some trouble with the heat coming on and heat was not needed but host was responsive and quickly fixed the problem within minutes. It would be nice to have some black out curtains as there are lights in the area from other houses and street lights. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful. Beds are comfy. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our crowd. Plenty of sleeping space. It was great. It also is within walking distance to Main Street. We drove out to nearby springs and caverns. Everything was within 20-30 minutes that we wanted to see. The house ended up being only 8 min to the wedding venue which was very nice for us.

Our stay there was amazing! We had a micro wedding in the backyard during our stay and this house and host are absolutely amazing. Beautiful comfortable/clean rooms, great AC, super easy check-in, spacious layout and responsive host. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend there!

It's a lovely home and in a very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning worked beautifully but there were fans in every room just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out nicely. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes besides with the water heater in the bathroom closet. There weren't any hangers in there anyway, although there may have been some upstairs somewhere. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the owner is very responsive. The few times we reached out, the owner responded within minutes.I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home and we would definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect—tucked in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to great restaurants and local spots. The house is absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and full of charm. The kitchen was a real highlight—spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Golf Team in Town for Tournament

This was a great house for our team to stay in. We had plenty of space for all of our equipment and beds to stay in. The modern/historic balance was really fun, and we loved being within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

Quick Stay for Brooksville Golf Trip

Our group of 12 came to Brooksville for a golf weekend and this VRBO was perfect. Rooms were great, kitchen and living room too. Plenty of space and we walked to dinner and breakfast the next morning. The host communicated just how I preferred. Would definitely recommend.

Like right out of a magazine

Beautiful historic home in a lovely, quiet community. The home was comfortable and decorated like on the pages of a magazine. The host took extra care to make us feel welcome, offering many complimentary items such as a bottle of wine to relax with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
